The staff that attended to me his name…Max William
The staff that attended to me his name is Max William show a good customer service and respect for the individual.
He also gave my wife a good deal better than the other will get in another company.
He was also patient with us even when I got upset he was calm and also try to calm me down.
He is a good man with a good attitude.

Really good customer service
Booking my tickets with russell (the agent) was really good. He is always trying to look for the best deals for me and help me find information out.
Even when there were changes from the airlines side, he contacted me straight away to update me and assisted me to find more convenient options especially around payments- which is something I value.
He is always friendly and trying his best which makes booking with them very helpful.
