H2O Hot Tubs Avis 

Molly was excellent from the start and the 4500 series hot tub is superb - I did a huge amount of research and H20 have struck the perfect balance between high quality and price.

Had a slight blip when the WiFi module add on I ordered didn’t arrive and it was suggested I should fit it myself when posted out to me including removing the side and accessing the electrical components. After a little discussion however it was agreed that the engineer would come out and install as originally agreed.

Overall though 5 stars and couldn’t be happier with my tub!

From buying the hot tub to the install it was faultless I can’t praise Molly Kate Aaron and BigT enough

So simple to order and with and follow up call for peace of mind was excellent thanks to the whole team

The selection and order process was really quick and easy, delivery was on time and efficient. Sadly there was a fault on the horrible from the factory but after contacting the H2O team they provided support and replaced the faulty part. Hot tub works perfectly well now and is a great item to make use of. The tub itself is easy to maintain and filter access has been really easy. We were given additional filters as a gesture of good will by the tech team from H2O after the issue we encountered. Appreciated. Thanks 👍

Both Big T and Ty was fantastic. They unloaded our hot tub and placed it in the designated space in our back garden. They connected the hot tub to the electrical supply while the tub was filling with water . They explained all about the computer controls and explained and showed me how the jets work. Also explained about the chemical usage. A fantastic and easy installation. Thank you Big T and Ty . Just can’t wait to get in 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Really good install and expierence with ordering the hot tub. Aaron & George were extremely polite and helpful with the hot tub and made the install run smoothly.

Ordered online but well supported by Pauline who answered all of our questions and gave good advice even on a Sunday. Prompt delivery aswell. Fitted by Tony and Ty, a good demonstration and knowledgeable guys. Great prices and Great service all round would recommend.

Installation from Lee and Big T was fantastic, they were knowledgeable and really helpful. Molly and Katie were friendly and easy to contact too. There were a couple of times of confusion but all got sorted. The hot tub is a great addition to our patio.

From start to finish the H2O team have been great. Our visit to the showroom was pleasant and informative, we were show. Round by Pauline but the whole team couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. We had great communication leading upto delivery and then Lee and Simon arrived to deliver and install or hot tub and did it quickly and efficiently. They gave great instruction on the set up and use before departing. An all round great experience.

Excellent customer service and support so far! Awaiting hot tub to arrive, but everything to this point has been amazing, Molly and Katie respond very quickly and are able to answer all of my questions. Can’t wait for hot tub to arrive.
