Absolutely fantastic service from everyone. Molly and Katie were super helpful. They gave me all the advice I needed to select the correct hot tub for my family. Tony and Aaron were amazing removing my old hot tub and putting in the new one. They gave me all the advice I needed to get it going and could not have done more. Great experience all around.

Engineer was efficient and friendly. Got the job done, no fuss.

Lee and Simon arrived on time even though the weather was horrendous (snow , wind , rain ) they conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner and executed the hot tub collection and relocation in a safe and timely manner, I would not hesitate to recommend them and your company for anyone who needs to move their hot tubs

So helpful from start to finish, everything was so easy from ordering, payment, logistics and installation. The whole team were great, kept me updated all the way through. Our new hot tub arrived on the day agreed, at the approximately time stated. The guys installing were. professional and courteous throughout the process. It fully explains the functions of the hot tub and did a professional job placing just where we wanted. We certainly recommend H2O hot tubs. We chose this company due to the experience of a Friend and we haven’t been disappointed.

The ordering process was efficient and Katie in the team was really helpful. There were a number of challenges for the delivery team Lee and Simon D, which they overcame ensuring any changes to our property were reverted before they left. We had made the office aware of the steps etc, but it was clear this had not been relayed to the delivery team.

Dan came to give our hot tub its annual service. Dan ran ahead and arrived on time. Discussed with me what needed to be done. Diagnosed that the hot tub had an issue and came up with a plan to sort it out. Dan completed the service and left the tub sparkling. Thank you Dan. We purchased this hot tub from H2O they are really nice people to deal with, if you want a hot tub or a service these are the people to go to.
