I’ve been using H3gs Heating services for the past 5 years for my annual servicing, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service has been consistently excellent throughout that time.

They’re always punctual, professional, and very thorough with each annual service, making sure everything is running safely and efficiently. It’s clear they have a lot of experience and genuinely care about the quality of their work.

As a long-term customer, I really value the reliability and peace of mind they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable boiler engineers.

I’ve now used Amir and the H3GS team for the third time, and their service continues to impress. From start to finish, they are professional, responsive, and very transparent when it comes to pricing and options.

They recently installed three radiators in our new home, and not only was the installation seamless, but their advice on product selection was incredibly helpful. The radiators look great, complement our home perfectly, and perform really well.

It’s rare to find a team this consistent and easy to work with, I would highly recommend H3GS to anyone.

Had Amir come to our place to sort out an F28 error code on our boiler, sorted out within 30mins, quick & easy, explained everything, pointed a few other things out & was very patient with the language barrier. Great service, first time requesting a callout from a company so very glad it was a great first experience.

Also very fast email response which I appreciate, was in talks with another heating repair company & they didn't reach out until the end of the next day and even cancelled the callout, but Amir kept up communications quickly & efficiently. Booked the callout asap & kept to it.

Had a broken boiler - big surprise and shock but the guys at h3g heating did an amazing job getting a state of the art new boiler up and running in under 24 hours at a very fair price. The guys were super knowledgeable, chilled and kind. Would 100% recommend and use again!

I had Amir visit following a CO alarm and my gas being turned off by the gas board. Amir ran a complete CO test and spoke me through what he was doing. I was also able to ask lots of questions and Amir even went out of his way to speak to my neighbour about their CO alarms. Amir also came with 24 hours and was really easy to work with. I would use this company again.

This company is at top class. We are so glad to find H3GS after previous company messed us up. We contacted H3GS on Tuesday night, by Wed Amir is in our house and give us all the necessary information and advise re a new boiler. By Friday our new boiler is installed. Amir even comes out on Sat to do the after installation adjustments. Amir and his colleague are very professional, super polite and mostly very efficient, in fact, I only see such efficiency in Far East. From now on H3GS will be the company we first to call if we need any heating/plumber service.

When our boiler broke, they were here in under two hours and then next day installed a new boiler at a very competitive price. The communication was second to none, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards.

Amir is great, he has done quite a few jobs for us over the years. Given a problem, he can figure out what solution is needed and recently fixed our showers so they now are like hotel quality. Very happy with the finished product.
