Great initiative by Dr. Arvind. The session was really good and brought magic to our pains, unhealed emotions..I felt so relaxed, calm and healed to some extent. Many more such sessions to attend and he techniques taught were really helpful. I could connect with my past mistakes, heal them. Todays session was wonderful. I have done this session before. But the words based on aravind ji experience added more value and gave more indepth insights. Probed me to reconsider the thoughts behind my action.

It was only 2 days and I released more baggages and I found my self back to the old version which I was missing from last 2 years and this technique heal me more than anything else
