Thank you — this is exactly the kind of learning that prepares you for the real thing! Role plays in this format build genuine, practical skills you’ll use in real work life, and having Rosan there, organised and supportive, is what makes it feel relaxed rather than nerve-wracking. That comfort is where real confidence grows. Keep leaning into these, because you’re clearly getting so much out of them. Thank you for being part of the Hader Institute!

Thank you, Samantha — what a beautiful, detailed review! RPL can feel overwhelming at first, so it says everything about Charlotte that she made it feel manageable, met with you straight away when you returned, and went through each of your units individually rather than giving a one-size-fits-all overview. That personalised, patient care is exactly what turns a daunting process into a confident step forward. Recognising the skills and experience you already bring is what RPL is all about — and you’re in the very best hands with Charlotte. Thank you for the recommendation, and for being part of the Hader Institute

Mary, thank you — and thank you for being generous about the misdirected transfer. That shouldn't have happened, and we'll take a look at it.

What we're really pleased about is what happened next. Charlotte could have passed you along and let you start again with someone else. Instead she stayed on the line, worked through your Certificate IV in Youth Work query, and made sure you came away knowing where to find what you needed. That's the right instinct, and it's the standard we want at Hader Institute of Education — your problem gets solved by whoever picks up, not shuffled around until it lands in the right inbox.

Youth work is a field that needs people who are thorough and who follow through, so it's fitting that's what you encountered on the way in.

Hope the information was what you were after. Any time you've got more questions, come straight back to us — we'll look after you.
