Got an excellent service from Haim travels when we were desperately wanted to get Dubai Visa and tickets at the last minute.
If not Haim Traveles, we wouldn’t have taken part my daughter’s wedding at Dubai.
We were informed the VISA approval on 22:30 evening and rushed to the airport to catch the 01:45 flight while Haim Travels making the ticket booking on the go. Finally we were able to attend the morning wedding ceremony.

Excellent service clear communication and easy to work

We had a Kerala Trip for 6 days/5 nights which was arranged well by Raheem who was attentive to everything and gave proper advice and care for the whole journey. Overall a good service by Haim.

I have to recommend Haim Travels to everyone. Since day one of planning the six days tour (within only a couple of weeks' short notice) Ushan Chandrasena understood all our requirements. Specially when I mentioned that there is a small child and a elderly mother involved, he took it personally to identify when we needed private drivers and when we can go on shared vehicles etc. Further, they had clear constructive quote explaining our journey times etc. but Ushan made sure to text us a day in advance with our next day schedule, driver details etc. There were a day or two that we needed his sudden assistant middle of the night and very kindly he was there to help us. Definetely a great travel agency. Thank you

Our experience with Muzaib was really great and the process was really smooth. Great working with him.

I’m really disappointed with this visa agency. I submitted all my documents on September 20, and today is October 18 — still no visa or passport. I paid the full amount early, but they didn’t process it on time. Because of their delay, I missed my flight and lost my e-ticket money, along with an important business trip. Their poor communication and careless service caused me a big loss. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone.👎
