I ordered a mum bun, upon arrival the cord was broken but I got in touch with the company and they responded very quickly and offered a replacement straight away. Less than 24hours later I now have a new hair piece on the way.
The hair its self is very good quality and I look forward to wearing it out.

Myself and my daughter often order from this company. Delivery is usually really quick but my latest order never arrived, although I am confident Stranded dispatched it as normal and their usual courier claimed to have attempted delivery but did not. I contacted a lovely Customer Service advisor named Emma who emailed me the same day. Even though it was over the weekend, I received my order in 2 working days. I was extremely impressed by the way my issue was resolved and will continue to place future orders.

Would rate this company 100% - I had a small problem with one of the clips, explained my issue and they replaced my hairpiece immediately and without problem. Will definitely use them again ! 🥰

Excellent company. The customer service from Stranded International far exceeds expectations. They are really responsive, get back to you really fast when you have queries and will go out of their way to help you source items not longer available.
The quality of the hair extensions are fabulous, I always get lots of compliments when I wear them and people don't believe it's not my real hair. Being a red head, this is also one of the only companies I'm able to match my colour with so have a lot of their products and not one has ever failed to impress. Excellent brand.
