Salutare, ma numesc Prioteasa Daniel sunt din Pitesti, Romania, de curand am fost la clinica Life Time Hair Transplant, unde totul a decurs exact cum am vorbit la telefon inainte sa plec din tara, atentia la detalii m.a facut sa acord incredere totala persoanelor din jurul meu, in prima zi am petrecut cu familia mea cateva ore minunate in Istambul ( un oras superb), a doua zi am fost luat de la hotel cu o masina si dus la clinica unde totul este impecabil, curat si cu medici, tehnicieni si asistente foarte bine pregatiti profesional ( pe aceasta cale doresc sa ii multumesc inca odata domnului doctor ). Am avut unele emotii doarece era prima oara cand experimentam asa ceva dar cu ajutorul si calmitatea lor am reusit sa le stapanesc. Transplantul a durat in total 6 ore(efectuat prin metoda DHI exact cum am vorbit) s.a efectuat in totalitate de domnul doctor insotit de 2 asistente. In cele 6 ore am primit o pauza de masa, eram intrebat foarte frecvent daca totul e ok sau daca simt durere. Sincer sa fiu singura durere ce am simtit.o a fost anestezia ( ceea ce este normal) apoi totul a decurs perfect. Sunt in peroada de recuperare asteptam rezultatele care cu siguranta nu vor inceta sa apara. In ceea ce priveste serviciile oferite de Life Time Hair Transplant hotelul a fost wow, transferurile cu masina au fost impecabile. Recomand cu incredere Life Time Hair Transplant. Multumesc si doamnei ce m.a indrumat si mi.a oferit tot sprijinul si inainte de operatie si dupa deoarece comunicarea este cea mai importanta si ofera incredere deplina

I had my hair transplant procedure at Life time, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

From the very beginning, the communication was professional and reassuring. The staff answered all my questions clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The consultation was detailed, and they explained the procedure, expected results, and recovery period very honestly.

On the day of the operation, everything was well-organized and hygienic. The medical team was experienced, gentle, and very attentive. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable.

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and equipped with advanced technology. I felt safe and in good hands the whole time.

The post-operation follow-up was also excellent. They provided clear aftercare instructions and continued to check in on my progress. That really shows they care about their patients even after the procedure is done.

Fui en diciembre a hacerme un transplante capilar y cuando me tomaron la tensión la tenía muy alta, soy hipertenso y no tuve la precaución de controlarmela antes de viajar,intentaron controlarmela pero no fue posible, me citaron a la mañana siguiente y seguía bastante alta y no sé arriesgaron a operarme.
Me devolvieron el dinero dinero y solo tuve que pagar el hotel los desplazamientos y la atención recibida lo que me pareció totalmente lógico. Me parecieron bastante honestos y profesionales, antepusieron no arriesgar mi salud al dinero.
En enero cuando mi tensión estaba controlada volví y está vez sí me pudieron operar,me hicieron la linea frontal muy natural y la zona media todo salió perfecto y volví a casa. Todos fueron muy amables tanto el gerente, el cirujano y las enfermeras. Cumplieron con todo lo prometido y en noviembre volveré a hacerme la coronilla.
En cuanto a Destina la traductora, no tengo palabras para agradecer el trato y el calor humano que recibí por parte de ella, le estoy muy agradecido ya que viaje solo y ella atendió todas mis dudas y me hizo sentir muy cómodo.
Sin duda recomiendo esta clínica, solo llevo cinco días operado y ahora solo queda cuidarme mucho el post- operatorio y esperar los resultados.

Excelente experiencia . Me trataron muy bien incluso con lo nervioso que estaba .
Al final fue mucho menos doloroso de lo que lo que pensé . Atención profesional , cercanía y calidad de personas . Los transportes muy bien equipados y los drivers muy respetuosos y cuidadosos . Antes y después del procedimiento .
Yo vivo en Barcelona y sigo contando con ellos , ya que se pueden enviar vídeos y te solucionan tus dudas durante el post operatorio . Lo cual da mucha fidelidad y confianza . Y quiero hacer mención también y felicitar a DESTINA quien siempre a estado muy atenta conmigo .

I booked time for a transplant trough Jasmine, that seemed very helpfull.
Full package with all included limo service, hotel, PTP plasma etc.
When i arrived at the airport the Limo was not there after an hour - and old car arived - not limo at all, at the hotel at 23.00 they call me say my surgery was at 06.00 - i did not sleep much already due to long flight - so this was a bit early - next morning at the “hospital” i found out that the company only rented one operation hall, not their hospital at all. The nice guy i met told me i need to pay cash - otherwise it would be 30% more for Card paymeny ( i did not know) then he added that i need to pay 900euro more for vitamins and service required ( i did not know) otherwise the effect would not be good. I emptied allot of ATM’s - then payd the guy - he just put the money in his pocket - no receipt nor anything. I was pretty upset - after they send me to opertion hall - the nurses was nice - but after some test they said they could not do the surgery - due to my medical condition…. My blodpressure was too high ( i think i was pretty upset of all - and no sleep for two days). Then they ask me to pay 350euro for cancellation - and i was sent home.
I was really upset - even Jasmin was nice initially - she really turned out to be a not helpfull B…. - no way to help. The day after my blod pressure was normal… i really cant recommend this.
No compensation or discount if i come back - i wasted 3 days and allot of money. I belive they could be fraught. Be prepared.

From the moment my journey started, Destina and the team made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. They were patient with my questions, helped me whenever I struggled with the language, and calmed me down when I felt anxious.

The arrangements were impressive — the hotel was great, the transfers were always on time, and the clinic itself looks and feels first-class. The medical staff were very attentive and handled everything with professionalism.

so it’s still early to judge the final outcome, but I’m already happy with what I’m seeing, and the hairline is shaping up really nicely.

I’ll update this review again in a few months, but for now I’m genuinely excited about the progress.

Hi everyone my name is Pedro and me and my brother went from portugal to turkey to do an hair transplant. LIFE TIME took rally good care of use, explained all the procedure and thanks to Destiny, our translator we were very calm during all the steps of the way, since the airport, passing trough the hotel, until the procedure itself. We did the transplant on the 27th of august, and today it's more or less 3 months so it's very early to see the results of the 5.500 grafts they transplanted, but we are optimistic and doing all the correct steps to maximize our hair.

Since the beginning of the process, Destina and the team always made me feel like home. Advices on my language, always calming down my anxiety.

The hotel was great, transportation also, and the facilities 5 stars. The medical team was very helpful and professional.

It is very soon to talk about final results (I am with 3 months now), but I am very happy, because I can see improvements and the line very well drawn.

I will come back to answer this same comment in a few months, but ai am already thrilled.
