Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I had passed evaluations on my account not realizing I was only allowed to have three funded accounts active. OK that’s fine. I flew three funded account. I don’t upgraded my fourth one. Lose that account also but I still have an account that is saying it’s disabled. There is no negative balance on it and it actually has two positive trading days. I reached out to Customer Service several times via email. And have received zero response it’s been over a week.

Just as I see others have described, I passed eval accounts and was upgraded in accounts. From there I had enough for payouts in 3 accounts and requested as such. At that point (they did pay out) however, they closed all 3 accounts I had paid for and put me in a single "TLT" account with different rules and a platform I never traded on before and had no interest in switching. I requested to pass on the "TLT" program and just keep the accounts I paid for and they just said "NO". This appears to be a designed dead end once you prove to be successful and not just feeding the eval re-subscription machine they want you gone. If you just buy eval accounts endlessly and blow them up, you are their ideal customer.

I would give this prop firm a rating of zero.

I started with three 25K Lite Evaluation accounts on WealthCharts. I passed all three, moved into the three corresponding reward accounts (sim-funded), and once I crossed the buffer limit of $1,250 across them, I requested my first payout of $250. Immediately after that request, all three accounts were closed and replaced with a single 50K account carrying a $750 daily loss limit (trailing), placed into something called the TLT program — and on top of that, this new account was created on Volumetrica, a completely different platform from WealthCharts, where every one of my evaluations and funded sim accounts had been running. I never chose Volumetrica, was never asked about it, and have no experience with it.

The TLT program itself turns out to be three more levels — so in effect, I am being asked to pass an evaluation five times over. Each level requires reaching a separate profit target ($3,000, then $4,000, then $5,000), each with its own tightening daily loss limit ($750, $1,000, $1,250 respectively).

This structure looks designed to prevent traders from ever getting paid, not to reward them for passing. It is not a funding program at that point — it is a treadmill.

None of this was disclosed anywhere in their FAQ — not the TLT program itself, and not the fact that it comes with an unrequested platform switch. It only appears after you have already built up profit in a funded account, at which point that profit effectively disappears and you are told to start over, on unfamiliar software, three more times.

Based on this experience, I consider it a scam. Stay AWAY.

Do not waste your time with Halcyon Trader Funding unless you are prepared to have your account terminated by automated bot errors.
I won an evaluation account (HTF-WC-92243-mrz2xr9c) during an official WealthCharts Masterclass event. I operated 100% within the rules, using standard directional trading on Micro Nasdaq (MNQ).
The Undeniable Numbers:
Total Trades: 20 trades.
Direction: 100% SHORT (-1 Micro).
Performance: 80% Win Rate, +$580 Net Profit ($50,585 balance) with drawdown completely intact ($48,585).
Opposing Trades: 0 Longs. Zero hedging occurred.
The Contradiction & Misleading Support:
On July 27th, after questioning an automated system flag, Halcyon Finance Support (Ticket GAG7WC) explicitly wrote: "If you believe you are not doing this, please proceed with trading as normal."
I followed their official instruction in good faith and continued trading.
Hours later, the account was abruptly terminated for alleged "cross-account hedging / group trading".
Refusal to Review Audit Files:
I provided my official orders.csv execution log proving every single timestamped fill was strictly single-direction Short (-1 Micro). Instead of performing a standard human server audit to fix their bot's false positive, Compliance issued a generic copy-paste rejection and closed the ticket.
Conclusion:
Halcyon’s automated risk engine flags single-direction replicated trades as "hedging", their support gives misleading instructions to continue trading, and their Compliance team refuses to review actual CSV execution data.

They moved the goal posts on payout terms after purchasing an account. I bought a challenge with this company specifically because of the platform and the payout conditions they offer. After purchasing the account and trading it for some time, I learned they changed their payout conditions to far less favorable terms including a 50% max withdrawal, along with payout caps and minimum 6 $200 trading days. I would not have bought a challenge with them under their new payout conditions, which are entirely terrible in my opinion. They didn't keep old legacy accounts like other firms do, but rather just applied the new terms across the board. In my view it is unethical to sell somebody something based on certain set of conditions, and then make material changes after the fact. Maybe they have some fine legal print that allows them to do this, but I cannot trust any sort of good faith arrangement with such a company. If they do this at the beginning, what tricks will they pull when it comes to payout time?

I decided to add a star on because of their feed with DX and having the light prop version of Deepcharts. It does execute well compared to some other props.
