After braking the front door lock at 11pm, luckily it was locked shut, I needed a locksmith to come over as soon as possible the next day.

I did some research into local locksmiths and Haleslocks came highly recommended, so messaged that night.

Shane came over first thing the next day to fix the broken lock and on closer inspection it was a broken gearbox (me then thinking this is a door not a car!).

He was very professional, took it apart in front of me and explained it all (no jargon) and what needed to be done.

His quote was the final cost including VAT and there were absolutely no hidden costs, extras or call out charges. Very good price and even better his work is all guaranteed.

Will definitely use again if ever I have any issues with other doors and would highly recommended.

I managed to break the handle of my lock from the inside. Contacted Hales Locks & within the hour Shane was replacing my lock. Although the lock was smaller than the original he made good on the door frame & fixed it so we could keep the same keys! Fabulous & friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

He talked me through the options and costs. The work was completed promptly and Shane cleared everything up afterwards. The bill was very reasonable.
