I was little hesitant to get costumes online, but I'm glad I went with this company (another company's costumes just didn't fit right). Each item I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and fit well. The prices are as most costumes are, but I feel they offered a wider selection to choose from so you can put your money toward the costume you REALLY want, not the one you settle for because that was "all there was," such as if you were in a store where sizes go fast.

Plus, they give an option of e-mailing you if you'd like to know when a specific costume is back in stock, a nice addition unlike other websites, so if you really wanted a certain costume, it will most likely become available again (this happened to me).

The only reason I gave it one star less is because of their refund policy. In order to receive credit back, you have to postmark it within 14 days. It wouldn't be an issue with me since I am the type to try it on right away and then send it right back out the following day, but for those who are busy and cannot necessarily make it out to the post office that quickly, it would pose a problem. (Personally, I like having 30 days to return items because it doesn't make me feel so antsy and rushed, but I can see why maybe they would give people a shorter time-frame--no one wants to buy a used costume, yuck!)

Bottom line, I was happy with my experience and the costumes I received--I kept all of them. They are going to be wonderful for Halloween--so excited!

The prices were great and the items were delivered on time but one of my items was broken. They were ceramic balloon weights and were not wrapped in bubble wrap. I was a little disappointed with that aspect of my experience but overall I would use this company again.

I just ordered a bunch of construction themed stuff for my sons birthday. I've been looking for construction vest for the kids and was finding out that they were running about 4.00-5.00 a piece. it got me rethinking the whole vest idea, bummed that I was not able to get the vest. I came across halloween24.com. wow I found the vest for under 2.00 a piece and hats to go with them!!!! all my construction themed items came In great condition and promptly too. I'm very impressed with the prices on this site and I will be shopping there again.

I ordered two costumes for a Candyland theme bday party and a wig...every item was great and delivery was fast! Prices are better than ANYWHERE else! I had a question about a discount promo code during my check-out and I received an answer within 24 hours!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One thing I will complain about was when I was purchasing things on their website and had items in my cart, if didn't purchased the items in my cart right away, they will disappear from my cart. That was annoying as I had a lot of items as I was trying to decide which items to buy and I had to keep going back more than 5 times to get the items again into my cart. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!

Halloween24.com went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. After researching literally everywhere for YO Gabba Gabba items, I finally found what I needed. The prices were even 50-75% less than everywhere else. To top it off, I was in a crunch for time and through multiple conversations (from my end), my package arrived JUST IN TIME, even though I ordered on July 4th. I'd recommend checking Halloween24.com's site before you go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Halloween 24 had a great selection of items to choose from when other companies fell short. I purchased Mario and Luigi plastic water bottles for my sons birthday party. As Amazon Prime members, it takes quite a bit to get us to use another online vendor, since the Prime membership gives us free 2 day shipping on most items. However, in this case, Halloween24.com still beat Amazon's price. We ordered item on Sunday, it shipped Monday, and and it arrived Wednesday. The transaction could not have gone better. Would definitely use again.

After looking around at several different sites for the pink john deere wall decals I found this site to be the cheapest. I wasnt to sure that the product would be good for our textured walls...but to my surprise they stuck and have been up for several days! I couldnt be happier with the product. I was unsure of the size when I ordered just because I wasnt concerned with it so when the product came and I saw how big it was I knew I payed a good price!

I ordered a stormtrooper costume on a tight timeline and was pleased to get it well ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the costume was not very high quality. It looked pretty good, but sections of the foam "armor" kept detaching (stitches or glue breaking) just from normal movements like walking or sitting. Basically, it was good for one use. And it cost me over $50. Not impressive, but it got the job done. So, mixed review.

Everything I had questions about, they got back to me within the same day. Very nice for an online based company. Friendly and the order shipped and billed with no issues whatsoever. Even sent followup emails to confirm delivery. They have made a permanent customer with us!
