Dumbest idea
What a horrible idea having to spit for 20 mins after a flight to fill up 2ml of saliva (which makes you dry already and you can't drink water). It was the most uncomfortable and waste of time when you're busy travelling.

I’m sorry you did not find our product helpful, our tests are salvia based, upon research we found majority of users find it uncomfortable using swabs, the response we have had overall has been positive.
Yes you are correct you cannot drink water as this will dilute your salvia for testing and results can be inconclusive.
It is 2 ml of salvia we require, for future reference if you try licking the inside of your cheek this can produce salvia, or make sure you drink water throughout the day as dehydration can cause a dry mouth.

Total scam!
I didnt receive my results until after I contacted the company and asked what was going on - just ad I was leaving the country 8 DAYS LATER! ...I have proof that everything went through - with an email from the company. They say it wasn't registered properly (again...I sent them email proof it said it was - the email THEY SENT ME SAYING TO AWAIT RESULTS), so their fault. I asked for a refund. They said no.
Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!

If the test was linked up correctly to an account, the latest you should received this result would have been 24 hours (or sooner depending on which test you purchased)
However based on the fact you have an email proving this was successful, I would like to look into this further for you.
If you wouldn't mind providing Trust Pilot with the email address you used on the admin portal via the app and I can look into this for you.

Arrival Test Same Day results
The actual test & results process was super easy and I received my results in the time expected. The staff were generally helpful and the test location was easy to find. However, be prepared to walk.
That said I wasn't aware that I had to download the Halo app and had to do this at the reception of the test area. This was unexpected and a bit stressful, I would have downloaded the app and registered in advance if I had known. And I wasn't the only one. Halo is lucky that their customers can piggyback off the Sofitel's guest wifi. In addition I didn't receive a results email, I got it through their website. Again, not a huge problem but I had expected to receive an email as that what their website states. Overall, this is a good service and in my case my results were delivered the same day after a 5pm test.

Fantastic customer service from Danielle
I had a few issues with the Halo App but following a quick call to the customer service team Danielle was beyond helpful in guiding me through the process and booking a the courier service on my behalf to ensure my results arrived on time. Travelling alongside all the additional documentation that’s need can be stressful, so I’m extremely grateful to Danielle for making this hurdle such a smooth one!

If the customer doesn’t follow instructions including creating an account and linking up the test to your account, we cannot send this to the email as we won’t have it on file.
Normally this is the case for results being longer if I can ask was this the case? If not we can look into it further.

Late results, poor organisation
Did not give results within specified time. Given this was the only selling point of the company in the first place, this is not acceptable. Testing centre was completely disorganised.

A great service
This is the second time that I have used Halo, and both times you have provided a first class service. The second time you had a desk at the hotel ( Sofitel Heathrow T5) and your staff were very helpful. My only thing is that your costs are a little expensive, but for the service that you provide, it is worth it. thank you.
