Excellent Customer Service.
We contacted Halo by phone to check on time of a booking. Agent was extremely polite and helpful providing all the information we needed.

Halo Verify was fantastic
We used Halo Verify for the PCR upon landing in the U.K. very easy to do and ideal after a turbulent flight. The last thing I would have wanted to do is a swab down my throat so this was perfect and for our children. We did the test at the Sofitel in the morning and had our results by the evening so very speedy for a PCR. Thank you very much!

Complete debarcle lost my tests
Complete debarcle. Paid expensive hotel in Kings Cross on the guarantee of results next day at 6am. Hotel and Halo lost out tests. No one compensation the +300quid we spent. Halo couldnt get us another test til 8 days later. Destroyed my 10 day holiday seeing family for the first time in 3 years. Gutted.

Useful but ..
Very useful once you jump through the hoops BUT the information is poorly worded and sometimes wrong or out-of-date or conflicting from one page to another. It leads to mini-heart-attacks, as if travel these days is not stressful or challenging enough!!

We are sorry to hear you feel this way, but Halo is not responsible for this decision it is in fact a government decision and requirement, therefore you will have to take it up with them.
We do not feel it is fair that we are judged on this decision that does not sit in our hands, we are simply providing a service to make things easier for travellers whilst we are required to follow rules and travel guidelines, so would appreciate if you could rate the Halo service itself, rather than the government rules and guidelines which are not down to us. We are disappointed to hear your experience was not what we would have hoped for on this occasion. Having looked into your account on our system, it appears that your barcodes were not scanned/input properly on this occasion which meant your sample could not be linked properly to your account. Without barcode numbers we are unable to link samples to individual accounts and therefore, you do not get your results. Instructions on how to do this are on our website/App and in the instruction booklet in the kit.
Please contact our team on 0330 390 4586 Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm, or weekends between 8am-4.30pm with your barcode numbers and we will be able to find your sample and link it to your account properly.

Super convenient to get the test done…
Super convenient to get the test done at the airport. The process was smooth, and the results were delivered by the evening, which meant we were able to get out of home isolation in 10 hours after landing instead of waiting for day 2. Priced competitively as well.

Charged £80+ for no collection, no test result.
I arranged the collection, never turned up, I called customer service who promised me to sort out, nothing happened...I called again to be offered the refund, 3 months have passed, nothing happened.
