All booked in and paid for on line. Arrived at Heathrow and well sign posted shortly walk to facility. Did test ( much easier if you have the app downloaded already).
And result within 8 hours. We flew in in the morning and were out and about in the afternoon.

There was one member of staff on duty with a queue all the way through the Sofitel Heathrow.

My son completed a test at Sofitel Heathrow, but there was no record of it on his account when we checked the next day. When we called the customer centre the operator could not find our account (even though we have repeated instructions and had it open on our laptop in front of us, and also could find no sign of the test. They said they had a 'no refund' policy, which i think is really dodgy when they can't access your account and have lost the test. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the operator to access our account, but no success.
They said we could book another test but it would cost another 59 pounds.
We ended up going elsewhere and having to pay 90 pounds for a test.
I called the customer centre again later and a different operator found our test result and account within 15 minutes.
I have messaged them twice since and asked for a refund, but both times no reply. Very poor service and very poor customer relations.

I had to go all the way to the airport to get my saliva test done because the test couldn't be delivered at home in due time...even though I tried to order on the Friday, the test could only be delivered on the Tuesday...before 5h00 and my flight was on the Wednesday. So Halo definitely lost a star for this.
All I would say is make sure to order your test well in advance, in case the delivery happens to be somewhat slower.
I have used Halo before and was very satisfied with how fast I got my results back and the test was delivered at home in a more efficient way.
I must say that going all the way to the airport was very cumbersome...but I was very well served there.

We had problems at every stage. We paid for a courier collection service but only found out after we paid that this wasn’t available during the Christmas holidays = something they didn’t declare on the website. The app didn’t work so we couldn’t log the fact that the test had been done. Each time we had to call the company and the waiting time for the phone to be answered was over an hour. Appalling service and very expensive given we had to drive for an hour each way to drop the tests off. Avoid this company.
