My upgrade was not honored because I booked through booking.com and I lost my accommodation. I had to scramble at 1:00am to find a room at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. They were professional, courteous and helpful.

Be careful paying for upgrades through the Hampton app when your original booking was made on booking.com.

This was a stressful and mishandled situation by Hampton Inn and Suites, GA, 6440 East Johns Crossing, Johns Creek, GA 30097, United States that tested my patience and caused me to behave in a manner that is not reflective of my Christian values.

The room is wore

Hampton Inn Bloomington IN.
The room is wore, furniture dented, scratched, wallpaper, peeling.
Chipped tiles in the bathroom, mold on the edges of the wall board and no place to put your toiletry items when you get in the shower.
I pay a premium price for a premium brand and expect premium service and premium amenities.

Quite possibly the worst experience…

Quite possibly the worst experience ever at a hotel.

Check-in was 3:00, and the room wasn't ready for 2 hours after.

The person who checked me in didn't even say hello when I checked in... just took my ID.

I requested a different room, and they would not help because I booked via Priceline, so a handicapped senior citizen and his wife were stuck waiting.

Hampton on Airport Circle in Jacksonville should be ashamed of themselves.

I cant speak for all hampton Inns by…

I cant speak for all hampton Inns by Hilton, but I have stayed at several and overall for their star rating they exceed what should be expected. My last stay was at the Hampton Inn Airport Hotel Knoxville TN. I have stayed there 3 times in the past year.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate, fresh fruit, whole grains etc.
They have filtered water dispenser for sustainability in the gotel for guests free of charge.
Friendly staff. Quick service.
A pool for when in season.
Overall, for the price and level of Hotel, they are a great value.

Absolutely dire customer service at…

Absolutely dire customer service at Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly UK. Never again for sure. I was served (if you want to call it that) by a women with red hair tied back about 5 foot 5 inches at reception she couldn't be bothered to say anything no greeting. I waited for her lead and she pointed for me to tap her card machine, which I did....She knows how to take my money and that's about it. She proceeded to print something out I presume a receipt on her printer that failed to print. All done in silence ....really it was like a silent movie so surreal for me. She took a while to sort out whatever she was doing I presume sort out printing receipt and find the key for my room so I sat down on one of their chairs in reception and waited for her. No verbal communication at all from her ..... not sure if she is mute. As I continued to wait for what I presume for my receipt and key to my room.....all I heard was the other receptionist male with blonde hair and slender frame about 6 foot go on and on about his miseable life and his suffering and he was emotional dumping to everyone in the reception area of the Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly UK like no bodies business. Seriously this is not a free group therapy session at the reception area of Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly UK. I had enough and heard enough and walked out for my own protection and sanity. Best move in my life. Hampton By Hilton York UK reception team are not capable and do not have a service mind. Yes Hampton By Hilton York UK receptionist team are takers and they quite happy take my money from me on my card for mute and shoddy customer service plus force me to hear one of the male receptionist problems and get emotionally dumped on without consent. Absolutely shocking. 😱 This is why Hilton needs to bring in customer self check in by computer because if you can't get decent staff then this is the best way in my opinion.

pharmacies in Boots Hampton Station

The Pharmacy on Hampton station needs the Hampton station. Once again I have a problem I go in there. Nothing I found out this morning. They might be ready by 12:30 going at 4:15. Nothing is done and I said but I phoned this morning so one of your staff lied to me I’m sure that they didn’t lie that we just got it this morning and I said I phone up at 9:30. Nothing still nothing that they look at you like piece of crap they did and they Idid and laughed in your face so yeah they didn’t give a shit. because all they want is to be paid and get money, they don’t care about customers they proved that to me they have

Virkelig dårlige senge

Virkelig dårlige senge, dårlig service, lovede 10% tilbage på opholdet, men har aldrig set skyggen af pengene. Selvom vi har haft kontakt til dem op til flere gange. Hold jer langt væk fra dette sted.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid at All Cost!!!

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Kernersville, NC. Customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional.

During my stay, I experienced bug bites and when I reported this to the front desk, Staff member did not show accountability nor interest in addressing the concerns. There was no offer of assistance, room change, or apology.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.
