Beautiful white Egyptian luxurious towels
I’ve received these beautiful white fluffy 100% Egyptian towels and I’m over the moon with them. They feel so luxurious, the size is perfect and they wash and dry so lovely just like new again.
I’d truly recommend these to everyone.

Gorgeous candle! I ordered the Bergamot, Rose and Lavender candle and it’s absolutely lovely. The scent fills the room before the candle has even been lit! I love that it’s made from natural wax so you know that you’re not breathing in any nasty chemicals. Delivery was really quick too!

I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but
I wasn't going to bother leaving a negative review because there's an element of personal preference involved. However, I have received eight nag emails to leave a review, This itself took my score down by a star, The gripe that I wasn't going to bother to mention is that although it's a servicable bath robe, there is an ugly red insignia visible out of the corner of the eye. One is constantly half thinking, have I cut myself shaving?

Not worth the wait
Ordered as a present after waiting 2 weeks the date of the occasion passed and I enquired what had happened to it, after 2 more days I got a reply and was told they were out of stock. They knew this but don’t connect inventory to their sales platform, happy to take the money. Then I was told the product was ‘held up in customs’ So having ‘England’ as part of your logo doesn’t mean the product is English made. When the towel was eventually reordered and arrived it really wasn’t of the quality I expected. Thick and lush it was not. As a final insult I am not bombarded by daily junk emails from the company. Not impressed at all.

Softest towels ever (and the best care advice!) I found the towels to be the best…
I have found the towels to be the best I have ever owned, they provide a luxurious spa-like feel right at home. I discovered a solution to a long-standing issue. By following the company's advice to use bicarbonate of soda, I successfully overcame the "scratchy towel" problem caused by living in a hard water area. Unlike my previous experiences, I have been able to maintain the fluffines, leading me to highly recommend them to others.

I returned my towel bundle purchase…
I returned my towel bundle purchase several weeks ago because they were thinner than I expected. I received Acknowledgement after following up my refund that they had been received and the refund would be processed. I’m still waiting. 2 weeks later. There is nobody to talk to at Hampton & Astley. There are lots of great reviews for this company and their products but I wasn’t happy with the purchase and I’m even more unhappy about the length of time to sort the refund out.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your towels, and I completely understand how frustrating it must feel to still be waiting for your refund.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay. Once a return parcel is received back with us, it does need to be checked over and matched to the original order before the refund can be completed. Larger orders can sometimes take a little longer to process, and with the recent bank holiday period, we are working as quickly as we can to get through customer requests and returns.
Please be assured that your return will be processed immediately once these checks have been completed, and your refund will be issued straight away.
I’m also sorry to hear that the towels felt thinner than expected. As our towels are neatly individually packed to protect their premium quality, and then travel through transit, they can sometimes seem more compressed when they first arrive. This can give the impression that they are more compact or lack depth. However, once washed, they fluff up beautifully, becoming wonderfully soft and fluffy, and they are designed to maintain that lovely texture wash after wash.
I personally use these towels every day, so I can truly testify to how beautifully they perform once washed and in everyday use. As a gesture of goodwill, I would also like to send you one of our bath towels so that you can try it for yourself after washing, with our compliments.
I’m very sorry this has taken longer than expected and that we have left you feeling let down. Thank you for your patience, and we really do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve this.

7 years later I’m still a loyal customer!
I purchased bedding from H&A when I first moved in to my house 7 years ago. when washed, they STILL feel brand new! I am a customer for life! I’m updating my existing bedding for my guest room and I just purchased more because they’re THE BEST BRAND BY FAR. It can seem a little higher priced than other Egyptian cotton brands but it’s not spending more it’s investing! Trust me I tried cheap bedding previously this is where it’s at! The quality is luxury, the product is built to last.
