Waters & Stanton began in 1973 as a partnership between Peter Waters & Jeff Stanton. From a small lock-up shop in those early days, they grew to become one of the largest retailers & distributors of radio communications and accessories. Whilst their roots in amateur radio have remained very firm and their leadership in the UK amateur radio market is unchallenged, the company has moved into other areas of electronics and communications.

Ordering my Radio was a straightforward procedure. Info regarding the specs etc was available and the price was perfect. The radio was well packed and arrived on time with no issues. Paying online was also a simple operation.

Unsatisfactory Delivery Experience - missing and delayed items
An order placed on 17/9, when delivered on 21/9 was missing an important item. I notified the company of this on the same day. I was advised it was being dispatched on 22/9. This didn't happen and, after several other promises, the item was finally dispatched late on 24/9. I am still awaiting delivery which is now unlikely to be before 28/9. Disappointed. I'm pleased to report the missing item finally arrived on 26/9.
Quality and prices are good. Just disappointed with being told things that were incorrect regarding despatch.
