The Colorado Mills mall in Colorado is TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE WAY THINGS WORK. You pay 89$ a month for a facial or a massage but it's the extras that get you. They bring in new services AND IT DOESN'T APPLY WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP(DIAMOND GLOW FACIAL) My aesthetician(who left... shocking (not) gave me a coupon bc it's an EXTRA 170$ WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 20$ off, I went to use it as I have done twice before and was told that it was only applicable to your first Diamond glow even though it doesn't say that ANYWHERE NOT ON THE CARD NOT ON A SIGN. I am tired of the issues I have had with them and requested to cancel my membership and she then said I'll do it this one time. I told her NO I don't do business with unhonest places. For the thousands of dollars I have spent over the last few years I am not going to put up with that. The last time I bought a serum and when I went to use it it was EMPTY it must have been used as a tester. It's cheaper to when you want a facial (a better one) to go to a spa they do a better job way more professional and you pay less in the end if you don't get monthly facials just when you need them and no surprise add on's. No changing of rules. She still won't send me the paperwork to end my membership. She wants to talk, I don't want to talk I saw their true colors and I don't like the way they treat their "members".

The experience was great, the therapist took good care of my shoulders and my neck. I recommend.

I had a contract with the Wellington Fla location and have been with them for years Employees come and go all the time Maryanne is great but the emplyees are only thinking about how to charge you I broke my arm on vacation and lost my job after years so I called to pause my account for months They gave me a very hard time about this The first girl said she will take care of it and then charge me for one month I called again and asked to speak to a manage I was told Lisa is the manager but never returns calls She did call me 3 days later to let me know that I have to sign a pause letter Never heard of such a thing I never received this pause letter and charge me again for another month I called again and was told Lisa will call me again She told me that she will have to charge me one more month next month and I told that is crazy Company Policy I disputed the 2 months but is owed of September payment I canceled my credit card and get notices every few days that they need another form of payment Agin I asked to cancel with no response Terrible company

I made an appointment for my daughter and me. I received a message that one of my appointments was moved to 2:15, and the other one was at 1:30. We arrived at 1:30, and it took 23 minutes to complete the foolish registration. The SPA took 23 minutes away from the 60-minute appointment, and they took 5 minutes from the 60-minute massage for dressing. We left and will never return to this poorly operated business. This place used to be Massage Green Spa till Hand and Stone bought them out. Since then, I've been dealing with multiple membership issues. For starters, anytime I have credits to use and want to go to another location, they always need to contact this Lehi location for permission to use my credits...they're my credits, that I paid for. The only permission they should need is my own! I also tried going to another location a few months ago, and the organization, and management was so bad, they messed up my reservation, and tried charging me more than what I requested. Now I'm trying to cancel my membership, and they tell me that they're going to charge me one more time to cancel cause they need 30 days notice. After asking to cancel my membership, they keep telling me they'll bring it up to their manager, and I just keep waiting. After about 5 HOURS of waiting for a manager to get back to me, they said they will only cancel my membership if I take down this review, because "they work really hard to make it a great experience". I can't stand companies that try to maintain a fake image to customers, instead of owning up to their mistakes. I know children more mature then this place. Don't waist your money here. You'll just end up being taken advantage of. They act nice until they can't get anymore business out of you...bunch of crooks.

The Worst Thieves in Pleasanton. I filled out the membership cancellation form in June. They are still charging me in September. Never do business with these thieves!

I had an appointment scheduled for 12 pm today. Upon arrival at 11:50 I updated my client information. 12:10 still waiting for my appointment and was advised the esthetician didn't realize she had an appointment at noon and lives 1 hour away. I was asked if I wanted to wait because my time is obviously not valuable. When I declined and asked why no one followed up with me this morning or bothered to check the schedule for today, they had no excuse. Great customer service!!!!!

I typically do not write reviews, especially negative ones. BUT! I have two terrible experiences with the Peterborough location. Both male and now I am turned off from allowing them to massage me. First was a couple years ago the gentlemen was sitting and massaging and he fell asleep. Yes! snoring asleep. I had to nudge to get him awake. Never said a word. This past two weeks I went for a massage. The gentlemen one hand massaged me for nearly the entire thing. The other hand was texting!!! Was to be deep tissue but was the worst "massage" to date. I am ashamed for the company for not reaching out and making this right with me. I left a review on my experience and have not heard a word. Terrible

I like that there are many therapists to choose from so you typically don’t have to book a month in advance. I dislike when my favorite therapists leave 😞 I’ve also had facials there and they are really good. Rooms are always clean and inviting.

I hate to give this place one star because I had a great previous experience on my birthday. However, my recent experience was frustrating to say the least. I booked an appointment (couples massage) in advance for the Sunday after Valentine's day as an extra gift to for my girlfriend, because last year I had to travel for work and my girlfriend and I spent Valentines Day apart. I booked it weeks in advance because I knew if I waited any longer it would probably be booked by the time I called. I was told by a gentleman on the phone that they had a few times available for Sunday, February 16th. He couldn't really give me any details about the massage such as the details of the actual massage, any accessories, etc. He just said I could come in and add anything additional to the massage, took my card number down along with my phone number so he could contact me if any issues came up or so he could text/call me as a reminder for my appointment. I booked it anyways because I didn't find that to be too much of a big deal. Here's where things took a wrong turn: he contacted my girlfriend INSTEAD of me, which ruined the surprise. Even though I informed him multiple times NOT to contact her because it was a surprise. To make matters worse, according to Nikki whom I spoke to on the phone, the gentleman on the phone was "in training" and "didn't notice" that Sunday was fully booked. I wasn't contacted back until today, and everywhere else is now booked. I'm not writing this to shame this location, but this is very frustrating. It also didn't help that when I tried to call back, (I was having signal issues on my phone) I spoke to a different person (Scott) and he didn't really seem to care that they inconvenienced me. This really screwed me over because not only is this surprise ruined, now, after making numerous calls to other locations and also other events, festivities, etc. are all booked now. I was really looking forward to becoming a member or reoccurring client at this location. That's obviously not happening anymore. Unacceptable.
