The first thing I see when opening the two bags I purchased: the Abby (turquoise/Orange NOT CAMEL BROWN that I was expecting) and the Estelle is that there are NO GROMMETS to hold the straps in place! I also notice that the top of the Estelle, where the front and the back meet is very wide and not pretty at all. If you want to copy high-end brands either do it a 100% right or not at all!!!!!!!! It's a shame but these bags are ging back. I hope that I do not have to wait too long for my refund !!!

This company, based in 'Estonia' read CHINA, is a scam. Ordered their Chloe, blue, it arrived in an ordinary plain plastic bag. There's not an inch or smell of genuine leather. I paid £160 for a plastic bag worth no more than £5 - £10, at the most. I read the first set of reviews, not one real one amongst them. It was only after receiving the bag that I read the returns policy. Reading that together with their 'terms and conditions' is a huge Red Flag. In a nutshell they can send you an item that may be completely different from the description.. WHAT!

My bag came beautifully packaged with the lock, keys, and dust bag all included. I've gotten so many compliments, and no one can believe where it's from. The team even followed up after delivery to make sure I was happy. This is my second bag from Handbags Heaven, and it will not be my last. Already eyeing the Sydney in black.

My Dark Blue Sydney arrived quickly and in flawless condition. The color is even richer in person than in the photos. My only small wish is that there were a few more neutral shades available in this size because I would buy them all. That said, the quality is unmatched for the price, and the customer service is truly above and beyond. I've already recommended Handbags Heaven to my sister and two of my girlfriends.

Honestly the best handbag purchase I have ever made. I ordered the Pink Chloe 25cm for my birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The stitching is perfect, the leather smells and feels like real luxury, and it holds its shape beautifully. What really stood out was the customer service. My Navy Sydney 25 cm arrived in pristine condition with soft, smooth leather, and although I wish it had grommets and an adjustable shoulder strap with hardware clips like my first handbag, I'm very pleased with my purchase and the exceptional customer service that truly goes above and beyond.

I have shopped the high-end stores exclusive name brand, but the customer service and the quality of Handbags Heaven is beyond any luxury company I have ever bought it back from. They took my money, then I was told my bag was not in stock, and haven't received anything! They took my money and I got mo bag!! Will report them to the authorities for online scamming.

Please do not buy from this site the handbag I received I'm sorry to say I would never been seen with it however it was leather but still awful.

I was a little scared to order after reading all the reviews, but I did it anyways.

Received my White Lauren Bag yesterday and I’m really impressed. It’s gorgeous, real leather, well built, and exceeded my expectations.

It did take 18 days to arrive, but tracking showed it was making progress and USPS delivered as promised.

Looking at reviews before purchasing, it appears that this company is a scam. The website listed here on Trustpilot is strangely empty!! It is the exact layout as another website that "works", though… So to me, it seems like the website we are writing bad reviews about is all of a sudden "closed" but they just opened a copy of it that claims to be 4.9 stars on Trustpilot!! Big red flag, glad I checked!! And yes, their company is still based in Estonia, although they will not say anything anymore about the returning process through that country or that you have to be approved for a return. It appears way more appealing… BEWARE!!

I was about to place an order when I decided to read the fine print on their website. It clearly states the return policy requires 1) approval - which they define as deciding whether or not they want to issue a refund and 2) That should your return be approved, you will need to package and send the product to Estonia at your own expense.
Nowhere does it state how long it takes for your refund to be issued. This was a red flag, so I decided to read reviews.
Every good review seems to have been written by the same person. The wording of each review and description of the bags are too similar to have been written by different (or even real) customers. So that was another red flag.
Then I read the reviews that seem real. I was struck by how many people say they did not actually receive a bag or a refund. If this company is not in the United States,it would be next to impossible to force compliance with our laws. I do not think it’s a good idea to put your credit card information in the hands of such a company. They also have at least two other names - one is Millie. Buyer beware.

I recently purchased two handbags online. Unfortunately, the quality was subpar, and the actual colors differed significantly from what was advertised. I anticipated a straightforward return process for a full refund. However, the company informed me that I must return the items to Estonia.

Shipping the handbags to Estonia through the USPS proved incredibly expensive, amounting to nearly half the original purchase price. This seems grossly unfair. As I made the purchase within the United States, I believe the return process should also be within the country.

I ordered a handbag that appeared in stock online. I placed the order and was then told the bag was not in stock. So, I went to the website a day later, and the same bag is showing in stock. This company has bags on its webpage that are not in stock, and when you place the order for the nonexistent bags, they email you stating the bag is not available and then give you a hard time trying to get your money back. I would be very careful ordering from this company, also the reviews are all fake and the company is also called Millie Handbags which is another shady website selling invisible handbags.
