Handhoned Avis 

I ordered from Handhoned on 6/29/26 I ordered 3 diamond painting wreaths with diamonds and beads. A hummingbird, a halloween pumpkin, and a highland cow.
I sent the order for 59.98.
However when it was charged to my credit as 67 Bracelets instead of from Handhoned. That was my first concern. I got a confirmation that they received my order and it was prepared to be shipped from China. Then I tracked this order up until it said it had been received in the US customs. Then I could not track it anymore until I received an email stating it had been delivered to my mailbox on 7/27/26 which it was not. I was told to check with neighbors which I did and no one got my package in my neighborhood. I went to local postoffice twice and they have tried finding it and only get that it was delivered. WRONG!!

SO NOW i WANT TO KNOW IF THIS COMPANY, SO CALLED HANDHONED CAN RESHIP ME THE WREATHS i ORIGINALLY ORDERED fREE OF CHARGE. OR SHOULD i REPORT THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD AS FRAUD!!!!!!! This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive tried contacting Handhoned.

please no one else order from this company as you wont get what you order.

NOT MADE IN USA, nor is the quality as shown on website. Took almost a month to receive. CHINA is getting rich from our purchases. Maybe more tariffs on China inferior merchandise is good!

Don’t order from this company. It has been a month and I still do not have my order or any idea of when I MIGHT get it!

I ordered 4 pearl art Christmas wall art canvases. They were listed as flocked canvases. I received the order today and none of them are flocked canvas. Yes they are pearl art but just the normal canvas of a diamond art. It was very disappointing as these are going to be holiday presents.

Ok was not sure of this to begin with but wanted to try the sewing project. Bought the beaded birds and wild life animals to make. Took a bit to get delivered but was. Came in great condition so my hopes were up. Unpacked everything and started reading the directions. OMG, they didn’t make sense. I spent a lot of time trying to decipher what it was telling me to do. Seems like lots of steps are missing. This could have been such a cute project too. Very disappointed now. When I have time maybe I’ll enlarge the picture and do it my own way, HaHaHa.

This company is a scam. I ordered the Rainbow Aqua LED Water Blaster and what I received was just a cheap squirt gun. It did not come in a box with additional attachments, it came in a plastic bag and no attachments. The water does not light up AT ALL! I should’ve checked TrustPilot prior to ordering. Lesson learned.

I ordered 4 light up water blasters. The items do not work and only one actually lights up. Though the water blaster itself lights up, the water stream does not, as was advertised. I have requested a refund from the company and they are not helpful. I am filing a claim with PayPal.

Ordered 4 rainbow light water guns. 2 came apart immediately. The lights do NOT light up the water streams. 15$ a piece for an average squirt gun

Water blasters are way smaller than advertised. When received product it was broke and company will not respond to my email to replace or reimburse my credit card. Poor business experts.

I ordered a Rainbow Aqua Nova LED Water Blaster on June 7, 2026 Order #5495 and did not receive this product. I received something from 37 Bracelets company which is NOT the Water Blaster I ordered. Since your website states that you are a member of BBB with A+ rating I expect my order to be filled correctly.

The products this company sent were not what I ordered except in the most basic, sketchy way. Ordered a couple of 3D beading kits. What arrived had beads, wire and scissors that do NOT match the images on the site. The "instructions" included, rather than being a color booklet with step-by-step instructions as pictured, consisted of a single printed sheet with a picture of what I ordered and steps like "make the hat", "then make the body". Do not buy from this company. They're selling 3rd party knock off merchandise using pictures of actual products.
