Avoid this company. I paid to return the goods unused (as advised) but they didn't accept/collect the parcel. This was returned to me several weeks later, so I sent it back again and they refused a refund stating it was outside of the return window. I disputed this and provided evidence of the initial postage/failure for them to pick up the parcel, they then said they couldn't refund due to the item not being a stocked product so no warehouse space - which completely contradicts their website ts &cs. Really poor customer service; they have the goods and my money so I've had to do a chargeback via my credit card company.

Ordered both Oxford cup and knob handles for new kitchen. Arrived promptly and were perfect except for one.
Contacted customer services, spoke to a lovely lady named Alison who organised a replacement. Arrived the next day.
Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered 6 x window locking handles, one of the six boxes didn't have a 30mm shaft which i needed.
Three weeks on and they havent bothered to answer my emails.
Poor customer service.

Ordered a made to measure handle in July 2025 and it never arrived , tried to contact to get a refund but never get any response or reply

We had new wardrobes fitted and wanted 2 handles to match the existing, the suppliers quoted £46 !!!!! replaced the 2 plus another 2 for less than £10 with Handles4you,easy to order,delivery great and they look great, if only the Government were as efficient as this company, well done

Ordering, price and delivery were all entirely satisfactory. I inadvertently over ordered one set of handles which I returned according to the returns policy, which included a statement saying credit card refunds would take 5-10 working days. I have received my refund exactly at the end of the 10th working day after Handles4U received my return. Therefore satisfactory, but in the absence of any email acknowledgement of receipt of the return I was beginning to be concerned

We’ve ordered many times from handles4u and have always been impressed with the quality and price.
Our latest purchase wasn’t quite the colour we were expecting so emailed to query, the response and willingness to resolve (Rob) was absolutely 5*, so not only excellent products but excellent customer service as well which is so reassuring.

Having moved into a new home recently I’ve been changing door handles. I’ve ordered one three separate occasions each time delivery has been quick and convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Handles4u and have recommended them to a friend who was having trouble finding a matching handle for a broken one.

Whilst the hinges look attractive they came with 1/2 inch screws which were totally inadequate so I had to spent £8 on longer ones. The hinges were extremely stiff so I had to spray with WD40 to get any movement. When hung the doors now feel very heavy and stiff unlike the ones they replaced. I'll try longer screws but otherwise very disappointed. Oh and the delivery driver bother to didn't knock, just dropped off at local shop.

The Matt bronze handles and associated door furniture are fantastic and look amazing on my oak doors.
I had a small issue with my 3rd delivery but this was dealt with immediately and at no cost to me.
This is a company that I'll be very happy to buy from again.

I recently bought a cup handle and a door knob to check how it will look on the cabinets, before I place a big order.

It’s a good job I did because it was not suitable. I would not recommend this place for handles or door knobs.

Only because the return policy is a nightmare first of all you have to print a form off yourself otherwise you don’t get a refund and also you have to send it back recorded delivery.

So I did I printed off the form send it back recorded delivery only to find out that they did not refund the full amount even though I paid for the postage.

In other words I would not recommend this place to any one and in the future I would not purchase anything from Handles4U

The product they send me was faulty, when I sent it back they deducted the original postage and didn't pay my return postage.
Bad enough that the product was faulty but then to rip me off doubly bad, I wouldn't buy anything from them again!

Great choice of products at reasonable prices and efficient delivery

Unfortunately the wrong name was written on our parcel by handles4u, and this has resulted in to the parcel being delivered to the wrong person. Mistakes happen and we understand that, however Handles4u are now refusing to rectify this mistake by sending the product again (with the correct name on the delivery address). Very poor customer service, not taking responsibility or correcting their mistake. Very disappointed. Would avoid ordering from them for this reason.
