The website went down at the payment…
The website went down at the payment stage as I didn’t get a confirmation that the order had been processed and it bombed me out to the start I placed another order which went through fine but when I checked my bank two payments had gone through ! I have emailed for a refund but not heard back yet !

I completely understand your frustration here as it's been 8 days since we dispatched it yet it's still sitting in with Royal Mail per the tracking number: 32-058 427 3000-209 54F A27. Unfortunately once we have dispatched the product it goes into the hands of the delivery provider and we are at their mercy to carry out their service.
I have had another 2 patches sent out for you today by way of an apology, so you should be getting those tomorrow or friday.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'd like to offer my sincere apologies for your product not being delivered on time. Unfortunately we are currently seeing some delays in shipping given the time of year and the current COVID-19 situation.
Once we have shipped an order it goes into the hands of the delivery service - in this case Royal Mail - and we are at the mercy of them delivering on time, which frustratingly leaves us a little helpless in the process.
