Electrician turned up on time after giving a pre warning call to estimate a time of arrival, very efficient and polite, had to go and purchase socket to replace faulty switch, but local company so only gone 10 mins

Same day service, courteous, efficient and fixed the problem - will use again
From calling them to getting the heating back on was straight forward and hassle free + on the same day, on a very chilly day during the Xmas break.
Okay not the cheapest (not the most expensive either), but got the job done and will use again with no hesitation.

Incompetent and dishonest
Be very careful with this company. I asked for a boiler servicing which cost me just over 300 pounds. Ryan carried out the service in under half hour, didn't do any manual work to the boiler aside from looking. I was surprised but not being an electrician/plumber I wasn't sure what to expect. He didn't give me any service certificate to state what checks or work he'd carried out. All I got was the invoice with a short description of the work which reads 'carried out service on cylinder, all ok'. Things have gone wrong now and got an electrician behind recommendation who explained I didn't get what I paid for.

Ability to identify the problem that left others perplexed!
Handy Experts were the third company I had out to resolve an ongoing problem with my radiator. Where the other two companies failed, Handy Experts were able to identify a problem with the valve. Problem resolved and a cost home once more! More importantly, Darren presented the right balance of professionalism balanced with a calming friendly persona. A great job and a very happy customer.
