A returning customer, I have been using this company for over 2 years. The workers are polite and completed the job, leaving the area clean. When they are not able to meet the agreed time because they are running behind schedule, you are kept informed.

Great Service
I have been using Handy Gardeners for the last few years and have been happy with the service provided. They arrive on time and complete the tasks booked for within time and leave everything tidy when finished. They are polite, hardworking and take the garden waste away with them. The office staff are polite, listen to what I require and reply to emails promptly. I highly recommend them.

Rude and intentional wording for being scammed later on
Bad right off the bat, their quoting makes no sense at all, lacks detail and has some very dodgy wording that is intentionally designed to catch you out later down the line. It was a generic quotation that didn’t pertain at all to what I had enquired about having done. Sent a response back anyway asking I’m desperate to get this work done, asking for clarification on several details such as time included in their fixed quotation and received a very rude email back saying it is all given in the email (it’s not) and not to waste their time, so I won’t be.
This type of behaviour isn’t acceptable, you will be scammed by these people so don’t even bother tempting fate and making a query with them.

We are very pleased about the two gardeners who came to do our Garden on Saturday. They arrived promptly at 9.00am. Antonio, who was the head gardener was polite and very confident in his job. They did a good job of pruning our apple tree and the grape vine. They also tidied up other plants that needed attention. Antonio advised us on things we need to know about our garden.
We are so pleased, we got them.at the end of the two hours, they tidied up the garden, swept the path, and took away all the trimmings left the garden lovely.
We highly recommend, Handy Gardeners and will hire them again when needed.they were fantastic.

Very reliable and professional service
I've used Handy Gardeners several times over the past 3 years (around 15). Every time the gardeners do a really good job of tidying up our large garden and manage to do so in 2 hours. They are always very professional, turn up on time/early or communicate it on the odd occasion they get stuck in traffic, then they get whatever specific garden based job I've requested of them very effectively and quickly. The office staff are always quick to reply to emails and helpful in organising an appropriate appointment time. I will continue to use Handy Gardeners and recommend to anyone who needs help keeping on top of their garden.

The team of 2 gardeners were amazing. They were polite friendly and worked really hard and in no time at all they mowed the lawn, taken all the weeds out of the flower beds, trimmed backs small trees and bushes.

A job well done
The grounds maintenance of our communal areas, mainly a private car park was completed in a few hours. The result was an area cleared of weeds and leaves, tidy and clean. One of the residents said it looked beautiful. I was very impressed with the work, done by someone doing it all on his own, showing dedication and a thorough application. We will definitely hire this company again.

The experience I had with handy gardeners was very good. From initial communication to the booking and attendance of the gardeners was fantastic. The garden was done superbly and the gardeners came equipped with all of their tools for the job. The only slight fault I had to pick out was that I probably would’ve preferred if they let me know the moment the excess grass limit was exceeded. But will definitely book again.
