I saw Hakeem today as part of my benefit plan at work. He was extremely helpful and very informative about the hapi benefits and different plans available.

Used Hapi for a number of years, representative James W visited recently, was really great and took time to go over everything in details in regards to benefits.

He recommended the Hapi Benefits app and the features on there. I told him I already had the app so we then discussed how great it is. Some amazing discounts and access to various other benefits.

I really enjoyed speaking with Lorna during her visit. She was friendly, approachable and took the time to explain the services available clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. She was genuinely interested in helping and answered any questions I had. I found her very helpful and look forward to seeing her here again in the future.

We were really pleased to have Lorna in the building for the week. From day one, she was fantastic with the team, taking the time to speak to people directly at the frame, which saved them having to leave their work area and made it much easier for them to engage with her.
Lorna quickly built a great rapport with everyone she spoke to and explained the services clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. She was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping people get the most out of what was available to them.

Fantastic product

When it works it's fine, but this morning I tried to get a discount code for Cineworld to get a cheaper movie entry, was met with a message that keeps saying billing address wrong and then I got locked out.

The worst but, I try to contact the number for customer services that I found on this page and the Customer Service line is closed... It's 1030 in the morning!!! Ruined my plans for the day!
