Our first cruise, and it has been PHENOMENAL!!! Or, was, now that it's over! Great, fabulous, entertaining, engaging, exciting, exhilarating, relaxing, and more superlatives!! Happening OUT was great!! Thank you!!
Buyer beware. If I could give this agency zero stars, I would do so. I signed up for their Oktoberfest trip back in early summer, paid the balance due in full, and was excited to go. However, approximately one month later they sent an email that the trip was canceled due to lack of interest. I was so disappointed, but when I called and spoke with one of the representatives, I was told that they could still help me with arranging the trip. Rather than a group trip, I would just go on my own. That was fine with me. It has now been two months - TWO MONTHS! - of my politely following up with them to try and get the trip planned, and they have failed to deliver. They keep promising that they will have the information for me by the following Monday, or the following Monday, or the following Monday, but they don't follow through. It is now four days out from when I am scheduled to leave for my adventure, and I am still pleading with them to give me what I need. It is shockingly bad, completely inexcusable. I would avoid this company like the plague. Lesson learned - if they cancel your group trip, DO NOT rely on them to make arrangements for an
individual trip.
The Tidal Wave cruise was a blast. So much fun hanging with the other bears-a great group of people. The cruise was a VERY good deal and include WiFi and unlimited drinks. Which made hanging with the bears even more fun.
