Avoid. The website works, it takes your money, emails you the order confirmation and even asks you to rate your order! BUT - no order arrived, no response to emails, their webchat is a bot, no response on Instagram... it's like the lights are on but no-one home. I eventually got my money back through the bank, just sorry I didn't check Trustpilot first!

For curly hair products, I've since successfully ordered from Curly Tools (Netherlands) and Amazingy (Germany) who are legitimate businesses, unlike Happy Curls.

Ordered the 1st of february to Denmark. Reached out on email on the 13th of february, no response. I even kindly asked them to reach out to me on an instagram comment around the 22nd of February. They have deleted that comment! Therefore this place is an absolute SCAM. I still don’t have a product and have yet still not been contacted.

I got scammed by this company. I paid the $$$ for it and never received the item. I reached out to customer support multiple multiple times with a response the item is delayed. Looking at tracking it was stuck at facility but never stated which facility. After multiple attempts I no longer received a response and on “shop app” it states delivered without a date of delivery like all my other products have have purchased without issue. Now the company is out of business and you can’t find them anywhere on line. Caution when seeing adds on instagram and Facebook. Now I look into the company before purchasing anything online. That’s why I love Amazon. I’ve never had issue purchasing there. Don’t trust ads or n ig and fb.

Mine hardly worked and put in for a refund. I returned it per their instructions and I still haven’t received my refund. It also comes from China and took over a month to receive it. No one is responding back to my emails and none of their websites are working. Do not buy!!

The product has no logo anywhere that says it’s from happy curl, not even THE BOX!!! I tried to give the product a benefit of a doubt but it was exactly what I expected, crappy!!! The curler barely curls, it’s just a loud stick blowing hot air!! Do not buy this product! I’ve reached out to return it and they told me to send a picture and asked it I used it. After I answered, crickets. I emailed again, nothing. These are clearly scammers!

Total scam and you DO NOT get your money back as they "guarantee"

I ordered two Happy Curls 5 in 1 hairstylers +2 storage cases, in November. I received one of them the first part of January with one case. They were for Christmas gifts, disappointingly, they were late. I was under the impression they were coming from New York, but obviously came from China due to the long wait! I contacted customer service. They said they would be on their way. Each piece came separately, receiving three shipments altogether, that had been re-wrapped with white plastic. And bound with tape in a very unprofessional manner. I have not received the second 5 in 1 hairstyler to this day. It is February 9! In the beginning, customer service was responsive, and seemed helpful, but never resolved any issues and currently will not even respond to my emails. I received only one 5 in 1 hairstyler , and two cases! I’m noticing there are similar items even possibly the same item on amazon and walmart.com. I wish I had not ordered from an Instagram ad.! so disappointing! This is a scam do not order!! They will not refund me or respond to my emails and I do not have my merchandise!

This is a complete scam! Be careful with this store. They send products from china. I ordered a 5-1 hair dryer. I received something coming from china. Not the happy curls logo. The hair dryer smell like burning/ doesn't work and I request a return-refund and they don’t want to give me a refund because they said it was a flash sale. Why do they advertise money guarantee if they won’t do it after all. It is a completely scam.

I LOVE this styler
I used my styler for the first time today. I find it to be amazing. I used the wand that automatically pulls the hair around it and curls the hair and my hair has more body than it ever has.

Before you waste your money, make sure you read thru all the reviews and I assure you you'll choose to take your money elsewhere. I've been emailing back and forth (no actual phone number to call, red flag #1) for the last two months and I've been told so many different "policies" at this point that I will never do business with a unreputable company like this ever again. If I could copy and paste the 50 plus emails in here I would for all to see. I've been threatened by the "legal department" but anytime I ask to speak with the rep from legal the subject gets changed and a new rep appears out of the woodwork. I'm starting to think it's one person with many alias! I never received a refund as promised (promised in the response to my last review) and this company stole my money and expects me to ship (s&h out of my own pocket) back anything that I did receive- late and after a month of waiting for the items. Why would I waste any more of MY money when this company is a scam and a fraud! It's posted all over the site of a full money back guarantee and it says they will pay for postage for any returns.. BUYER BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere and do extensive research before you give your money to a fraudulent company like Happy Curls!

I purchased two and have not tried to open mine yet but my daughter has open and tried the blower and one attachment, she said it works good. The shipping took very long and it was hard for me to track. I did send few emails to support on tracking and always receive good feedback back!

Cheap product, took forever to arrive. Offered a 20% refund for a review of the styler, but that was an empty promise. Stay far far away!!

Shipping took a little longer than expected but communication from the company was good. Love the hair dryer attachment and the curling attachments. Works well on my hair but you do have to use smaller sections. Might be difficult if you have very thick hair. Overall love the product and it’s a good value for the price. Priced much lower than other similar products.

The hair dryer barely blows any air, it's clearly cheaply made, and it's definitely NOT comparable to a Dyson. The misleading marketing is infuriating. Even worse, the company refuses to give me a refund, offering only store credit for a product I wouldn't use on my dog! Their customer service is appalling. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. 0 stars if I could.

I saw this on Instagram, thought it would be a good present for my granddaughter, she is in love with it, pretty quick and doesn’t weigh much, easy to use and works great. I am getting a couple more as gifts and one for myself!

Horrible.
This is product does not meet my expectations. Emails exchange back and forward regards on the refunds. I have shipped back the products to the given address they provided. Products were delivered late. Not to mention that they literally send me items that has been used cause it was poorly packaged in the box (yes, i brought the case for the hair items). Immediately, i send them an email, wanting a refund and an adress to return them since i do not want it anymore. They tried to talked me to keep the items and they will refund 30%. which I denied since i do not want it nor give it to someone since it was really poor quality. I do not want it. Tried to communicate with the company nicely. They have not refund nor done anything but stating in their emails that they are expedited in 1-2 days. Still nothing. I am completely do not take their words anymore. Going to file a compliance on them since this is no way business should handle.

stop giving a false review. do your own research before purchasing and don't be fool bc of the price.

I returned it and because they do not speak english first language they keep telling me that it was shipped OMG I returned it I have tracking that it was returned NOW REFUND me. WIll never refer or buy from them

The worst experience ever!!!
I waited for a month (they said 3-5 delivery days) and they just sent me even a different product (no logo, cheap plastic) I found the same one on Temu for 25$ and they claim theirs is 160$ 🤣🤣🤣 I spent only 65$ with tax but it’s the worst purchase ever!
I talked to customer service many times but they just say “manager will get back to you” and later offered me a store credit to but their crappy curling iron again?! Just a joke!

TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the styling iron in December for over $200. I have requested a return/refund since December because I no longer needed their products and in addition the quality of the products is so cheap. Until now I'm still fighting to get my money back as they are refusing to refund me with the original payment form and is saying they only do store credit for refund due to flash sale. This was never disclosed and also a total lie as their site clearly states "30-day money back guarantee". This company is run by bunch of people who take every opportunity to steal money from people.
