Happy Nappers Avis 105

I was so stupid not to check reviews of the happy napped. I paid in full for a Unicorn napper in the 1st week of December 2025. I have called I have emailed and nothing! I hope the people that look at that site check the reviews!

Spent $130 on two bags for my 5- and 7-year-old nieces. Order was fulfilled accurately and they showed up quickly. I gave them to the girls for Christmas and after 1 week of use, there was a rip in one bag and a hole in the other (for all I know these could have already been in this condition - other reviews mention rips and holes upon opening). Customer support has been responsive and told me today, "since the items were reported as damaged after the package was opened and during use, we are unfortunately unable to process an exchange or return for these products. As outlined in our policy, exchanges and returns are only eligible for items that arrive damaged or defective prior to opening or use."

While this may be their policy, a company that doesn't stand behind their product being used is not a company you want to support. These are cheap and poor quality. Save your money.

Not received the genuine thing. Wrong animal and rubbish quality. Used an unknown SHOP site to take my money without having to put in any details. Do not use the site.

Do not use this site it is a SCAM avoid at all cost

This company is the worst. Paid for 2 happy nappers. They sent me me two cheap dormi locos obviously a warehouse error. I finally received a re ship and they sent the wrong product again. I have to pay to ship it back before I get a refund. Horrible company. Do not buy from them I have never had to pay for an incorrect order anywhere. I have always received a call tag. Avoid this company.

Absolute scum of the earth, targeting people that obviously want to buy a child a nice gift. Rob them of money that a lot just can't afford to throw away on a fake website, no goods, no communication, ignoring emails I hope this company is caught out and shutdown

Deff a scam!!! I ordered this and they automatically took my money yet they sent me no confirmation email with any order number !! So freakin pissed.

Ordered the large pink cat Happy Napper through Very.co.uk received on time and looks big enough will do her a few years as it's for her 4th birthday checked it over and is sturdy and thick cozy material - came with instructions on how to fold it into a teddy which were very helpful too!

My son wanted one of these for ages. So I treated him to one for Christmas. He’s not even used it for one night and it’s ripped and he’s heart broken! Avoid at all costs…really disappointed and as you know these aren’t cheap!

DO NOT BUY! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Do not buy off official site as it is a scam. They take your money with no intention of delivering the purchase. (that's if they even have them)
And getting in contact with them is impossible! I'm now £40 down with 1 less gift for my daughters birthday!

Ordered the larger ones for my twins to make sure there was enough room for them to get comforty but they just about get in them and they’re only five years of age also you can’t unzip the sleeping bag from from head so you can’t wash them. Waste of money because once they start to spill stuff and get food on them you will have to throw them away.

My daughter wanted a happy napper for months after seeing the adverts. Originally I bought her a plush one from Aldi (which didn't change into a pillow), but all I heard following this was "it's not a happy napper"...so hubby decided we should order a happy napper for Xmas....when it arrived it was such a let down! Flat as a pancake, not fluffy at all! We ordered a small as she's a very small aged 5 with a tiny frame, but she can't even turn over in it!! What a complete waste of money!!!

Awful quality i bought 2 in Size large for my 5 and 6 year old. They opened them christmas day, in this day my sons zip broke on his and now my daughters stitching has all came undone and the inside stuffing is falling out. Bear in mind that this has happened only 2 days after christmas.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying two of these , complete rubbish, not even worth a one star, £110 down the drain, DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY

awful quality, send the wrong size. spent £60 and got a refund of 8.99, absolutely fuming AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam buyer beware they don't send you what you ordered.

Ordered 5for my grand children very thin not suitable for sleeping very disappointed may send them back

Complete trash! Fell apart and hadn’t had it 3 months. Company would do nothing. Save your money!

We got caught up by this too, but my wife went to the bank and we got our money back, I think HSBC. SO PLEASE TRY to get your money back!
