Bus from Coatbridge to murrayfield for Taylor swift seamless and great service

Many thanks to the Ayr bus driver who waited for my 18 year old daughter and her friend after Taylor Swift concert at Murryfield 9th June. They got lost as they were directed out of different side of stadium and struggled to find the bus as they had headed in wrong direction. Google maps wouldn't load, I think due to the amount of people trying to access after event. The driver phoned them reassured them he would wait for them and they asked a man with Lothian Transport jacket for directions. The man staff member spoke to driver on phone and walked with the girls the rest of the way to bus. Thank you so much for waiting. 5 star service. On way up to concert driver was dressed in pink hat on feather boa and had Taylor Swift songs playing and the girls said was lovely atmosphere on bus. Thank you for making it a night to remember for all the right reasons.

We had Kevin the driver take us to Taylor Swift and back from East Kilbride. Excellent service, Kevin made sure we all knew where we were getting picked up and called people who were late to make sure they were ok. Couldn’t fault it. I used happy bus for rewind a previous year and again, no issues at all.
I was with my young daughter at Taylor Swift and it was comforting to know we had reliable transport home, thanks Kevin and Happy Bus 👍

Absolutely no complaints with Happy Bus from Aberdeen to Taylor Swift, slight delay but safe journey there and back, very courteous driver who was adamant everyone was getting on and safely back home.

I accidentally ordered 4 tickets from this company for transport to Taylor Swift this coming June, thinking I was following a link to a similarly named and far more reputable company.

I caught my mistake minutes after ordering and immediately requested a refund, but they refused. Like many reviewers here, I have had to initiate chargeback to recover my money.

They don't comply with distance selling regulations or have any degree of flexibility.

I wouldn't use them again.

Great experience with happy bus. Booked for Queens of the Stoneage from Edinburgh to Glasgow and a return to Edinburgh. Our driver Andy was super helpful and friendly. There was a mix up with pick up points but Andy made sure no one was left behind and everyone got to and from the venue promptly. Thanks Andy

I have to give this company 5 stars it was my first time using the service I found the whole experience flawless with very friendly staff even though it’s a large company the organizers still found time to answer text messages from a mobile phone as well as calls I am sure they would of been very busy on the day of my event colourfest 2023 buses arrived on time and departed on time.

Booked return bus from Bellahouston Park for Muse in Glasgow on 23rd June. Happy to take my money but sent no email confirmation or e-ticket, and it seems from other reviews I’m not the only one. Have contacted them for a refund, but no reply. I’d call it terrible service, but it’s no service at all. AVOID.

One star is too much! Loads of Arctic Monkey fans left at Bellahouston for over an hour and a half, no buses, looked like they were operating 2 single deckers and on megabuses only. Some rep with a megaphone states there had been a major incident in Glasgow and that why the buses weren't getting through. Total lie and irresponsible and stressed my young daughter and pals out. I googled-nothing had happened. They'd also took lot of bookings for jouneys back on the night and oversubscribed when they had hardly any buses anyway. Loads of people missed connections all over the country - back too late for trains and citylink hadn't put any extra travel in for concert goers. Never again. We had to get a relative to drive through at 3am to get us because of this pathetic service.

Absolutely Useless.
Instead of driving from Dundee to Glasgow, which is what we paid for, it went from Dundee to Cupar after leaving 40 minutes lates!when we left cupar we ended up going back because the driver forgot to pick up passengers.Then went over the forth Bridge and up the M8, in rush hour traffic so our trip from Dundee to Glasgow took around 4 1/2 hours😂
Never again!!!To be fair it's not the drivers fault, it's the route he's given, I think?

Bought 2 tickets for muse in Glasgow. They took my payment but never sent us a ticket or order details. Tried emailing and phoning but got no response. Ended up getting the train which was 1 quarter of the bus price. Terrible customer service

Yesterday I was on a bus for arctic monkeys in Glasgow, a girl had accidentally dropped her bottle on the floor but as everyone was tired she wasn’t in a rush to pick it up. When the bus stopped at one of the drop off points the driver said “I thought I told yous to put the rubbish in the f*** bin man.” - Also, before departure from Glasgow a boy asked the driver if he stopped at a specific place (I can’t remember) and the driver said “what does that sign there say big man” in such a sarcastic but nasty tone. Bus was also 15 minutes late to pick us up and no music played whatsoever when in the way to a gig… certainly not a ‘happy bus’ I was in.

I also had accidentally bought two tickets, one that I didn’t need and emailed the company and never received any word back never mind my refund!

Totally disorganised! No buses after Muse concert, queue of people waiting over an hour for a bus that had been pre paid. Would have been quicker to walk!

If I could give it a 0 I would. Didn't turn up before getting to a big event and had to get a taxi. Then on the way back after the event to South West Scotland they said they were going to glenrothes and Edinburgh instead of taking us back to east kilbride. Clearly 17 of us weren't ever taken into account and never a bus from and to east kilbride was ever planned. You have 17 very angry passengers who will be demanding compensation

Company owner does not have a spine at all. Despicable horrible people that don't care if you have payed them money and they provide you absolutely nothing. Nothing more than scum of the earth money stealers. Please don't fall for any of their traps people your all better than this.

Absolute rubbish company booked for concert in Glasgow from Livingston the bus was over an hour late picking us up I did know intill another passenger said and they changed the pick up point didn't get told so was stranded in Glasgow took 2 hours to get a taxi home and cost me another £65 after paying £83 for happy bus they dont care about people missing the bus they just want your money bunch off crooks.Phoned them about it and they just said I would have take it up with the bus operator no help what's so ever.
I will never use this company again😡

We got the happy bus to party at the palace from Glasgow 13/8/22. Our driver was amazing and dropped my pal and I in Paisley as there was not any buses leaving from Paisley. The bus and toilet were spotless and the driver was a true gentleman. Thanks again your kindness was truly appreciated.

Used for recent Ed Sheeran gig at Hampden Park. Terrible service right through from very late buses (at pick up and drop off), erratic driving and the worst was the customer service when trying to understand where bus was and response to feedback after. Happy Bus benefited from recent rail strikes but Owners were less than bothered about the service provided and only about pocketing money it appears. See their responses to any negative Google reviews.

I just hope they take the poor reviews board and aim to provide a good service for paying customers and learn from their mistakes as any honest and decent company should. I would advise to stay clear as they currently operated.

Absolute disgrace of a company I would not recommend using them ever. I purchased a ticket to travel from the Hella Mega Tour at Bellahouston Park back to Glasgow central station. Unfortunately I couldn't make the bus due to COVID-19 and not wanting to infect fellow passengers. I gave the company plenty of notice that I couldn't make it, but point blank refused to refund me for the ticket I wouldn't be able to use. Shocking customer service.
