It was extremely helpful to actually speak to someone on the phone to get advise - rare these days ... Not only someone, but someone who knew what he was talking about and making recommendations on the most suitable trampoline for our family.
Excellent customer service from Happy Hideouts!

The only drawback (wich almost made me deduct a star) was the delivery - the driver basically left me standing on the road with the heavy boxes and their communication had been poor.

However the staff actually setting up the trampoline were brilliant - we had asked if they could demolish an old shed, so we would have space for the new trampoline and they did this at a good price.
Very happy and have done lots of jumping since then - it is great for adults as well as our teen!

We had great advice and support from Happy Hideouts when reviewing which trampoline would be best for our daughter who loves to tumble. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Once we purchased the trampoline it was delivered within a couple of days and delivery was free. We used happy hideouts installation team and they were also fantastic, even better as all the packaging is taken away so no full bins or tip runs! The entire process was incredibly smooth and the acon 16 hd trampoline is fantastic. Would highly recommend happy hideouts and will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you so much

15ft Acon trampoline
When I’m purchasing something as expensive as a Acon trampoline, I really have to do my homework on the website I’m making the purchase from. Happy Hideouts had the best price by far compared to any other website selling Acon trampolines, so this was a plus. After reading all reviews on all sales I was still not sure, even though Happy hideouts was practically a five star company. After putting my new trampoline in the basket and seeing PayPal payment I felt more positive now. So I made the purchase and that was that. Next day I get a number calling me from Chipping Norton, and instantly thought it was Clarksons Farm or a dodgy caller so I ignored it. A few minutes later it rang again so I answered it. And was surprised to hear it was Warren from Happy hideouts thanking me for my order, and letting me know my netting was not available at that time, but found me a solution to the problem, which was great. Firstly thank you Warren for sorting that out, and being upfront and honest about my purchase, secondly I went back and purchased the all weather protection for my trampoline. With all honesty on this company I highly recommend it to all buyers for all sales. No long waits on customer service, just old fashioned one to one chats with the owners. A definitely one of a kind company putting out excellent products and fast delivery. Many many thanks from a happy customer 10/10.

I love my Acon. It’s right beside my bedroom because it’s the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. I have bad knees which makes life heavy at times. 2 minutes on my beautiful Acon rebounder and I am smiling, flying and sweating to the beat. I call it energy rehab, and it’s indispensable in my daily routine.

I am so pleased we ordered this trampoline, my kids are absolutely thrilled with it!! They have barely spent any time off it since it arrived.
Warren was really helpful when it came to choosing the right trampoline for our family.
This feels so much safer than our old trampoline, my kids have both flown into the net a couple of times and bounced back in. It’s also really quiet which is a bonus as parents!
Everything feels sturdy and of the highest quality.
I’m really pleased we chose the pro springs as the bounce is fantastic. The mat around the trampoline is thick and sturdy. I really like the envelope opening because I don’t have to keep reminding my kids to do up a zip. I also like that I can reach my hand under the net to fish out abandoned toys and socks without having to climb in.
All in all this is a thoughtfully designed, well built, very high quality trampoline which I’m confident will last us many many years.
The construction service was great and definitely money well spent!

Echoing other reviews - fantastic customer service when ordering a Berg Play Base, easy to order online but also Warren was available at any time for calls to give advice and guidance (including around accessories and installation). The personal customer service and patience sets Happy Hideouts apart from other suppliers. The product was delivered promptly and in good condition. I would happily order other products from them again going forward!

I contacted the team to help me choose a trampoline for my youngest son , Warren spent a good 25 minutes with me over the phone walking me through options, given this was significantly outside of his working hours i really appreciated it.
