They don’t answer after your payment
Happy Travels has some really sweet and skilled employees who are great at selling. Before you pay, they are very helpful and quick to respond, but as soon as they have your money, your travel agent becomes impossible to contact. Due to the weather in Australia, tours can get canceled. So, the tours you’ve booked through them and spent a lot of money on can be canceled, and that’s your own problem. There is no help to be found, and they don’t offer any refunds.…

Absolutely awful experience with Happy Holiday Travel Agency. They misled me into spending £350 on flights, hotel, and travel insurance, only to cancel my booking the day before my visa appointment! Despite claiming they work directly with Spain, they clearly had no idea about the visa requirements. I specifically told them about the type of passport I hold, and they assured me everything was fine—only for them to cancel at the last minute. They refunded only their own fee, leaving me out of pocket for the £350 extra I spent based on their poor advice. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
