My experience with Happy Smiles Clinic was very positive. I have only praise for them! I was initially quite afraid. For the pain, maybe I would feel, etc.. however, all staff made sure I was comfortable all the time through the whole procedure. No pain was fealt, and they explained step by step what was going to happen. Took care of my toddler whilst at their

From my personal experience, everything was perfect. The staff knew what they was doing, they took very well care of me, it was the best week of my life honestly, because the aftermath feeling with my new perfect teeth, which props to them they did my teeth perfectly, even better than I imagined. I got in touch with happy smile after being impressed with the work they carried out on my colleague here in the UK.
From the outset they are very friendly, respectful and professional, I was given a loose quote based on the pictures I provided, however upon visiting the dentist which is extremely clean and state of the art in the heart of Istanbul I underwent a full examination using some pretty high tech machines. They designed a different and very extensive treatment plan at no extra cost as initially quoted. They look after your every need from picking you up from the airport to taking you back and forth to the hotel. They have a translator on hand whenever you need them whom you can call 24/7.
The hotel was perfectly adequate although I found some of the staff on occasion a little rude. I would have happily paid more for somewhere a little nicer but it more than done the job for the money I paid. I Cannot comment on the food because most of the time my mouth was numb from the surgery.
Overall I am delighted with the work happy smile carried out, my dentist was great. I waited 6 months to write this review and so far my new teeth are as good as the day I left the dentist, if not better as my gums have healed nicely around them. My teeth were a mess and I had a full dental reconstruction, they carried out so much work I wouldn’t know where to start so maybe happy smile can tell you in the reply section exactly what I had done?
If had one negative experience it would be the photography, they have a fully kitted out media studio. as soon as I arrived I was sat down and photographed, something that caught me off guard! Due to me having a rare condition known as photo sensitive epilepsy it would have been nice if they asked me in advance if I would like pictures taken.
The photographer got a little angry when I tried to explain my condition and why she couldn’t use a flash and it kind of annoyed me being put in that situation but overall I cannot fault this clinic.
The work they do is amazing and the trip was worth every penny.
They really do go out of their way to make sure you have as pleasant an experience possible, and in my opinion their work is as good as anything I could have had done in London at a much fairer price.
