Looking at the reviews people left here is exactly what I am experiencing. It did good as first time customer, then dropped like a hot potato. I placed wagers at $1.00 to $2.00 bets and up, and received payouts of .10 cents, .25 cents and then nothing at all for the duration of a $100.00 deposit. It is gone in 10 minutes, especially with no return at all! I have tried several games and not one of them was fair payout for your wager.

Worst casino ever!!! Zero Winnings, just deposits. They don't even let you have some fun with a few Winnings. Simply betting $1 per spin you will lose like $1000 in 5 or 10 minutes because it's just straight losing. They don't have a heart to at least give customers some Winnings as well. Avoid Hard Rock Bet. The verification process took two full weeks, locking me out of events, and support never delivered on the compensation credit they promised for the delay. Depositing was a headache with false matching errors, and withdrawals are far too slow compared to every other platform today. Poor service and outdated banking speeds.

Stay Away !!! In the beginning when you open an account it is great after 6 months take the money and run . So yeah you can say I'm really not Happy at all !! Be careful people !!

At sign up and played, I thought Hardrockbet was going to be one of the better casinos in the iGaming group, the game plays were great, the payouts were great, withdraws sorta fast, then a 180 reverse, deposit after deposits, after deposits until they retrieve back every amount of my withdraws and turned into a profit for their casino. checking their reviews, they have a very bad rep with US Player's and now they joined the iGaming group to make more billions off the Ontario Player's. I'm not going to say their scammer or it's rigged, I will leave it up to the Player's that didn't read the horrible reviews about this garbage site. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. For several months now, I have been trying to change my phone number that is linked to my account because I’m not able to log into my account due to the 2FA is set to a number I do not have and I’m stuck In a loop with their chat people of the email the link to verify my identity or so then they tell me the number has been changed to delete the reinstall and I should be able to login under my new number but the number is never changed. It’s always my old number still there and it’s the same thing every time I contact them it’s an infinite loop of this process. Garbage casino that doesn't honor their first time promo, rigged rewards that's give the least out of every casino I've ever played. This app is most definitely rigged! They will " let you win" but as soon as you pull a good withdraw, you will not win like that again! You won't even come close. You cant tell me it's not rigged, when 1 or 2 times you do well and 50 to 55 times you lose. Watch close and you can see the glitch in slots. When it flickers, freeze, kick you out, get off of it.
