Place my first order w/Harfington

Place my first order w/Harfington. Received tracking number and look in to tracking and seen Yun Express and thought from last experience w/Yun Express which I never receiving the order or money back because Yun Express said it was delivered.
Therefore emailed Harfington told them of last experience w/Yun Express and mentioned don’t have faith in them.
Harfington looked into my order and reinsured me by email stating it’s in transit and should arrive soon.
Within a few days order did arrive w/email from carrier and the order is in good condition and what I order.
By Harfington going the extra mile means they are committed to customer satisfaction therefore that’s why they received 5 stars review.

Ordered a 6m roll of self adhesive…

Ordered a 6m roll of self adhesive stainless steel tape - I couldn't find a UK supplier and I ordered from Harfington. The roll arrived from China in 5 days - It is just as described - good quality - .8mm thick and has stuck on (to painted steel) really well. Hopefully it will last a long time. Very good value considering the free delivery too.

Only reason for 1 star is there is no provision for none. Terrible communication, only sent part of the order as per them and their tracking number only exists on the link they provide. Want your items fast and worry free???? This is NOT the place for you!

Ghosted after purchase

I made a purchase on their website a couple of weeks ago, and have heard nothing back. The order hasn't changed from the state "unfilled" since I purchased it a few weeks ago. I followed up with their customer support team, no reply. It's been weeks, and they have taken my money — no answer.
