Kevin, Dr Kalra & team are probably the hardest working people you'll find in the industry. From initial consultation to aftercare, these guys have been very responsive and informative.

To be honest, I've been at ease through the whole process. Dr Kalra is an expert technician and has been on hand for any follow up queries i've had following the procedure. The team of technicians that supported Dr Kalra were again, very proficient and professional.

Very good service, kevin was helpful through the start of the process and answering all questions i had. 4 days before the operation the hospital location was changed. i had already booked and paid for a hotel near the other hospital but kevin said they would cover my hotel costs and taxi fare to and from the hospital as it was very last minute change, very professional compromise to what i thought at start was a bad circumstance, this added to a good service. The operation went smoothly and the guys that carried it out were all very friendly and helpful. 3 days after operation looking forward to see the results down the line

From the initial consultation all the way through to having my transplant carried out the level of service and professionalism has been first class. Kevin answered any questions I had promptly and fully and any follow up questions he was quick to answer also which put me at ease. I had my tea slant done by Dr Karla and the team they did a great job kept me at ease throughout as it’s a long day. The procedure was painless. Absolutely brilliant experience, Kevin was so helpful and explained everything about the procedure, answered any questions I had about the procedure. I had my procedure done at Manchester , the team carrying out the procedure were very professional. The procedure was that relaxing I actually fell asleep during it as it’s a long day .

My husband recently decided to have a hair transplant and we chose Harley Street Transplant clinic for the procedure. I Had a hair transplant 10 days ago at HTG’s Edinburgh clinic and everything so far has been great. I had 1750 FUE grafts done which took approx. 7/8 hours and was carried out by Dr Kalra and his team who were very professional and did a brilliant job. There is zero pain after having this procedure and I’m looking forward to the next 12 months of strong growth! Had my surgery on the 11th of September 2021 with Dr Kalra. Been thinking of having it done the last few months and kept putting it off as I couldn’t find a suitable place to book, found these online and spoke to Kevin and bang I was booked in. Had my surgery on 20/8/21 with above company and everything done very professional from start with Kevin and with Surgeon and assistant,put me at ease,great team.

Unreliable and can't keep to an appointment. Missed two appointments with me and wanted money upfront but won't answer to me. Wouldn't trust them to touch my head or receive my money if they can't keep to an appointment.

I recently received a FUE procedure at the Glasgow clinic. Dr Bonaros and his assistant Katerina were excellent professionals and very nice human beings. They made me feel at ease before, during and after the procedure. Along the way they explained complex procedural matters in a manner that was interesting and comprehensible. The healing process so far is going well. Before the procedure date I was in regularly contact with my consultant Kevin who's knowledge of FUE procedures is profound. However, more importantly in my opinion his innate ability for understanding ones emotional difficulties due to hair loss makes him an ideal human being for consultation. So far so good

Keving , Dr Karlas and his team of technicians were really professional from the start .Keven always there to reassure and give advice any time of the day . Dr Karla was very knowledgeable but you could tell he was passionate of getting great results .
This is my second transplant and I had the first elswear with great results and had an amazing experience it had outstanding reviews but decided to shop around and have a look a bit closer to home and honestly I could not have gone to a better place great team looking forward to the results over the next 12 month .
