Absolute scam. You will get tracking info that will eventually not show any
Updates then you will get a response saying they are sorry and resending your order then stop communicating with you.

Yup, definitely a scam! Don’t order anything from that site as you won’t receive it and customer service emails loop you around and around.

I ordered this in March and received the items in at the end of May. What i got was definitely not what paid for neither item were correct the knife was definitely wrong. I would recommend not buying from this company!!

Ordered a knife that looked really sweet and probably too good to be true for the price. Well it was a scam. Two months of shipping then received a knife that looked nothing like the one I ordered and it didn’t even work. It wouldn’t lock open. I’ve gotten free knives 20x better than this. They offered $3 reimbursement for a $45 purchase. Had to dispute through my credit card.

This is not a legitimate business. It is a scam site that does not ship products. Only an extended series of fake tracking info. Do not use this site and cancel payment if you have.

Total scam. Do not order anything from this company. Their website is a dummy website. They'll send a couple of months worth of tracking 'updates', then they will just stop communicating altogether. There is no customer svc phone number, email, nothing. They'll just take your money and disappear.

Day 50 and no product. They send tracking numbers that seem fake, mine just stopped after a few weeks. Their support sends an auto message about shipping a replacement order, never hear anything.

Tracking info showed it reached my province, about 400 KMs away and has sat there for 24 days. Support just keeps telling me to "wait a few days for an update"

I would give zero stars if I could, but had to do one to proceed. Total scam. Do not order anything from this company. Been waiting over 2 months, no tracking number ever provided, they said my package was shipped to wrong address, then resending another order, still no response or update.

“Harmoniout” Total scam. Run around emails claiming shipment was lost, then they were reshipping items but never received. Noticed a suspicious charge on my PayPal account for “Simplisafe Sim“ in an amount close to the purchase price of the knives I ordered. I placed a dispute with PayPal and with Credit Card company as I suspect they spoofed the “Simplisafe Sim” charge to debit the amount from my funds. AVOID HARMONIOUT 👀

I ordered from this company on 4/22/25 and still have not received my package. Every time I go on to track
it the same place not moving. They are miss leading people on facebook and who knows what other sites.

They may change the name to something else so they can get more money. For some reason they are using Paypal to mislead you as well. Usually Paypal they would the problem and get your money returned, but this is even a fake Paypal being used.

Ordered back in February, have not received order , PayPal not helping at all. Another scam.!!!

Yep what a mistake. Like many others I'm in the same boat pretty sure I'll never show up they will not deal with you they will not give you a refund I request one all the time it's been over a month and my items and rapid City to South Dakota for a week now that's not even a shipping hub for anybody. As somebody else quoted when you email them you just get blah blah blah blah blah.

Just a little update I just went in and filed a credit card dispute hopefully it works out as PayPal hasn't been very helpful and just want you to do with them directly.

Scam order a knife and the tracking is from some BS site and my knife has been shown to be at the same location for over 3 weeks and customer service just says that its on its way

Scam scam warning ordered looked legit had tracking info that updated but never arrived 3 months later it told me the package was on the other side of the country then nothing. Do not order they use Facebook and other platforms

YOU ARE BEING WARNED! Do NOT ORDER FRIM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Short and too the point. I ordered vegetable seeds to start a garden, and NEVER RECEIVED THEM. The tracking information says it was delivered in or beside the mailbox at an address located in BOGUSA,LA. I don’t live in LA. There is no customer service number to call, only non-productive emails. I was told, it’s on the way, it had been delivered, it was held up in customs due to the tariffs, and that they are working on a release date, there has been an delivery delay, there has been a delivery update, it’s been delivered, and it’s been delivered again. It’s a scam period people, don’t fall for it.

Placed order towards the end of March 25, after 3 weeks tracking info states it has arrived at customs in states. Last update was 4/20 saying its has left for delivery no tracking info that can be used in the states. I have emailed them every 3-4 days on a update and I all hear is we are contacting them blah blah blah at the time of this 5/6/2025 still no no word back and no updates
