I would like to offer honest feedback regarding my experience. While the final outcome met expectations, I was disappointed with the lack of timely communication throughout the process. There were multiple instances where follow-up was needed, and responses were delayed, which made it challenging to track progress effectively. Additionally, the advertised timeline for completion was not achieved, which created some frustration on my end.
I share this feedback constructively, as I believe clear and consistent communication is just as important as the quality of the final product.
