I have written a review and my review is one percent true and I have never worked for Jason’s company I was a unfortunate customer and it has cost us so much money to put right the problems his company made .

Unfortunately I’m not able to respond to each review have been traded since 2008. We have experienced sabotage by external people who used to work for the company each review is being investigated and will be responded to by legal team. If these reviews are genuine please contact me directly but defamation of myself and character is being taken in incredibly seriously and the police would also be notified.

Stay away from this clown! Can not be trusted and will take your money with no remorse! Jason needs to be stopped!

In my exerience with Jason Iasonos, I have been seriously misled and left with significant financial loss. What was to be a 5-week project ended up spanning 11 months after enduring months of lies, excuses and errors. Like many others, he has left me in the lurch with my HUP build, taking almost £40,000 of my money upfront and leaving me with tens of thousands of pounds’ worth of unfinished work.
His response? To wash his hands of the situation. He folded Alpha Home Improvements and walked away from tens of customers’ unfinished and faulty builds, leaving us to shoulder the cost of fixing or completing work that should never have been left in such a state. But not before quietly setting up a new company to trade from: Harpenden Modular Construction.
I understand I am just one of around 14 customers Jason has taken substantial sums from without fulfilling his contractual obligation to complete builds to a standard that would pass building regulations.
Jason shows no remorse, no accountability, and no sign of stopping. The excuses range from the bizarre to the unbelievable. Responsibility is always pushed elsewhere, and anyone around him is quickly blamed when things go wrong. His labourers have all left. His PA left (he went through two during the time he worked on my build). Ultraframe have dropped him as a supplier. His window suppliers have dropped him. By all accounts, he owes money across the board.
He will tell you he’s a family man, that this is a family business, and that his integrity is unshakeable. But behind that façade is someone who will take your hard-earned money, cause enormous stress, and cut corners, all while lining his own pockets.
It is deeply depressing that someone like Jason can simply move on to a new venture while leaving so many of us badly let down — and, in some cases, facing serious financial loss, while new customers remain unaware of the trail left behind.
I may not be able to recover the money I now have to spend finishing my build, but what I can do is warn others: whatever you do, do not give your money to this man.

I’m extremely disappointed with the work carried out by Alpha Home Improvements.
The extension they built for me has been left in such poor condition that it is unusable, which has caused significant stress and inconvenience. The standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism were far below what I expected.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and would urge others to exercise caution before hiring them.

I also want to make others aware that the individual responsible has since opened a new business called Harpenden Modular Construction. Given what I personally went through, I would avoid this business as well.

This review reflects my own experience, and I hope it helps others make informed decisions. AVIOD!

A proposal has been made to strike his previous company Alpha home improvements london ltd off the companies register.

The Director Jason has simply started a new company Harpenden Modular Construction Ltd.
Suggest you avoid this too.

Terrible. I urge you, do not give Jason Iasonos your business or your money. He opened this company whilst running down Alpha home improvements London ltd, he promised us a HUP extension through Alpha homes to be completed by June 2025, it has been condemned and removed with the promise of a rebuild, 8 months later and still no extension. He owes us over £36k and is nowhere to be seen. Jason Iasonos is the most dishonest and incompetent person I have ever dealt with in both professional and personal life.
Be aware that he is no longer an approved supplier of Ultraframe roofs or Hup extensions and will try to buy them through a third party.
For your own sake please avoid.
