I found the team to be responsive, proactive and reliable. The did what they said, followed up, provided feedback, stayed in touch - Which is more than I can say for most of the other search firms I interacted with. Overall, the team was supportive and helped navigate to a successful outcome with my new role. Pretty satisfied with the experience.

Did not help me get a roll at a company. In fact a friend of mine helped me get the job and this firm hassled the company trying to clam they got me the job because they mass distributed my resume.
Conversations with Sal were easy and convenient; they did not feel forced or fake. Did a good job listening to my needs and wants as I navigated a new opportunity. Sal was understanding that I also had other opportunities I was evaluating and did not pressure me either way. I would certainly look to work with them again should the need arise.
