Dr Harris, we're very helpful and very honest about my situation and did his upmost to provide me with a true and actuate picture of my situation especially as I suffer from serve hair loss at such a young age. I had a telephone consultation with Dr Harris today regarding my thinning hair (mainly on the crown, I am a 57 year old woman).

Just recently visited the clinic where I was giving good and honest advice. There was no interest in selling me something that wouldn’t work and really wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed.

In January 2022, I had a 1,500 graft hair transplant with Dr Harris. This was probably the best money I have ever spent - no, I'm not exaggerating. Over 9 months, I've grown back a full fringe and turned back the clock on years of hair loss. It's difficult to describe the effect this change in appearance has had on my life - people are treating me differently, complimenting me more, it's improved my relationship and given me bags of confidence. I really can't overstate my appreciation for the doctor and his team.

I had my video consultation a few months prior to the appointment itself and Dr Harris distinguished himself with his humour, honesty and clarity. He made me completely aware of the risks, the timeframes and my available options. Unlike many in this industry, he isn't trying to swindle his customers but instead provide a premium service with results that he can be proud of. A true professional with pride in his craft.

On the day of the surgery, I was apprehensive and a little self-conscious. We agreed on the area that would be transplanted and moved quickly ahead with the procedure. I did feel that he was quite hasty in his approach on the day but this did not affect the quality of the procedure. He's an efficient worker and he doesn't like to waste time - this is actually an advantage when it comes to the procedure itself, as you need to move quickly between donor extraction and implantation.

His staff are friendly, hard-working and careful. They all have good things to say about Dr Harris, and it's clear that he runs a tight ship, looks after his employees and cultivates a positive work environment. This is important - although Dr Harris himself makes the incisions, it is the technicians who implant the hairs (this is the norm within any clinic). You want these people to be happy, confident and committed when they're carrying out the procedure.

The doctor provided me with very clear instructions for aftercare and all the assets I needed to ensure smooth healing. I managed to bump my head during this period (and you can actually see the spot), but otherwise it was very streamlined from there on out. The redness dissipated 4 months after the procedure and, by the 6/7 month mark, I had a full hairline again.

For anyone who is balding and feeling rubbish about it, hair transplants are a viable option. The doctor advised me that he is providing an 'illusion' of fullness - in my case, it has been a very convincing illusion. One that has changed my life in a profound way. Thank you doesn't cut it.

It was very informative and helpful in framing what I want right now and in to the future. My second transplant with Dr Harris to thicken up the crown area. As with my first procedure in October 2020, I felt very much at ease. There was some discomfort with the injections but I suppose it's just like going to the dentist, where you always experience some slight pain. As before, Dr Harris kept me informed of what he was doing at each stage of the surgery. I think understanding what's happening certainly helps you & Dr Harris was able to answer any questions I had. The whole surgery lasted about four hours & seemed to go fairly speedily with the distraction of BBC's coverage of the commonwealth games! Shortly after all the grafts had been implanted, Julie (part of the Dr Harris team) very kindly bought me lunch , a ham salad sandwich from a nearby Subway. Thanks again Julie, much appreciated & very tasty.
To finish, Dr Harris took photographs of the transplanted area & talked through the after care, which is particularly important. He supplied me with an after care package & written instructions to follow for the next two weeks.
Finally, I want to thank Dr Harris & his team. They were very professional from start to finish. I felt reassured & at ease throughout the whole procedure.
