Founded and run by racers and engineers, we supply professional-grade motorsport equipment to teams and drivers across New Zealand and Australia from our showroom in Paraparaumu. We specialise in five areas: communications systems (race radios, intercoms, in-car audio), data and timing (GPS lap timers, data loggers, telemetry), helmets and driver safety (FIA-rated helmets, HANS devices, race suits), cooling and endurance systems, and pit/garage infrastructure. Harris Race Radios is the Official Australasian Distributor for Rugged Radios, and an Official Dealer for AiM Sport, MyLaps, PCI Race Radios, B-G Racing, and Motorola. Helmet visor was not right for my…
Helmet visor was not right for my helmet.
I got a credit but freight was not refunded.
Additionally had to pay to return the visor sent.
Given the amount of product purchased recently I would have expected some help with freight plus some assistance on where I can source the correct model - this would have left me with a feeling of great customer service.

sent me the wrong part, and as yet has not replaced it,
supplied $95 ear piece and not the $187 i paid for.
wanted me to pay to send them back. suggested a refund, still not sorted, ordered on the 15/11/23.
you sent me an invoice and i cant pay it. anz want $9 for me to pay nzd, please can you refund the price difference. please call me so i can pay for the entry level buds and then you can send me the ones i ordered. regards Eddie.
