If i could rate 0 stars i would. So i won a fair bit and decided to withdraw £900. After 3 days this was rejected due to bets being over the maximum with bonus funds. They did put my £50 deposit back to play with so I decided to play again. Won a decent amount again so decided to withdraw £700. After 48 hours this was rejected and they advised this was due to the bank declining the payment (this was via card). They advised me to retry as a bank transfer so I retried and within 24 hours that was rejected as my bank account name should 'exclude Miss' despite it saying i should write it exactly as it appears on my account. I have resubmitted again and wander what excuse they will give when its rejected again. Anyone thinking of using these AVOID. The positive reviews are probably people who work for the company. I truly believe I will never see that money and based on many of the other reviews too its now looking extremely likely. Do not use these cowboys. If you win you will NEVER see your withdrawals.

So update as of 13.25 on 05.06.26. I contacted the chat as 3rd withdrawal request was still showing pending. Asked for an update. Was advised they would escalate to check withdrawal is correct, I questioned what he meant by this and he said my name had been incorrect on previous withdrawal >
(It wasn't incorrect, they wanted the name to be written without the 'miss' even though that appears on the account name. I questioned whether i would see the money and if it is rejected again would claim the deposits back from my bank and contact the police.Anyways they escalated and confirmed it is OK. And actually accepted the withdrawal. The money hasn't landed in my account yet so still not hopeful. But will update if and when it does

Scam site cannot get a pay out even if you do win - which is very unlikely I have told the company for months I want to close it and that I have lost £70k they will not close the account big scam no responsible gambling avoid at all cost

I later had winnings confiscated over a “max bet” rule which, in my opinion, was not clearly explained regarding Bonus Buy features. The system allowed the gameplay without any warning or restriction and only raised the issue after withdrawal.

This casino is unlicensed in UK. They using third party merchants. Guys just simply do chargeback whit your bank under goods and services not received. Also send an emails to merchants by yourself and ask for refund.

Slow at withdrawals everytime I asked for a withdrawal they kept asking for a bank statement. I kept asking for my account to be closed for over 2 months and still no response from emails. Spoke to online who kept sating they will chase. They took 25 pounds from my bank and not credit it just keeps saying pending iv sent my bank account statement to prove it and it's been over 3 weeks and still nothing. Stay away from this site.

Turned £25 into £250, however I dont recommend this, I cancelled the pending withdrawal and turned the 250 into £1000 all on blackjack :). Withdrawal took 48 hours.
