Easy to sign up online at a reasonable price. Have previously been a member and vers fees insurance was great, just needed one slightly different. Now have a trailer, so signed up for one club, trailer insurance, and breakdown cover

I have just loaned a thoroughbred from the BTRC and they don't recommend veterinary cover, only 3rd party but thoroughbred's being how they are, Harry Hall had the right veterinary cover i required, very helpful and easy to apply for well done them price was very good too

I found it a little difficult to get both vehicle insurance and breakdown cover easily under one umbrella.

Buying my horse insurance was easy. There was lots of options to choose the right insurance for me so I wasn’t overspending on a policy that wouldn’t be relevant for my horse. The price was also good compared to other insurance companies. The added bonus is now I’m a member I get benefits when I’m shopping at Harry Hall online shop. Overall I’m glad I’ve taken this policy out

Got online quote - half of what another company had quoted - then website wouldn't process it so I phoned next day. Very helpful nice staff, all easy to set up. I hate dealing with stuff like this, but managed to get through this process without wanting to kill anyone. Result!

I had a problem with my insurance after I’d bought a horse from a member of my family. Ended up duplicating insurance & paying twice due to an error on our part. I emailed and rang about this and was able to speak to a very friendly and helpful lady in customer services. She was able to guide me through what we needed to do and also rectified things at Harry Hall too. Wonderful service and speedy resolution
