We went to Harvey Jones for help with a kitchen design for our remodelled house. We were impressed with the quality of construction and finishing of kitchen cabinets offered, in particular the flexibility in the sizing which gave us a better fit that a strict modular approach.

We were guided through the design process by Lewis, who was always approachable, positive, energetic and professional. He clearly has a lot of experience and was very helpful guiding us through the design and selection of colours, worktops and fittings. He also helped us balance our aspirations with the costs to help us keep in budget.

Annalisa was fabulous right from the moment I contacted Harvey Jones. She was so efficient, fun,responsive to every query I had, and followed up with all the different aspects of our refurbishment so that the whole process was easy, enjoyable and painless! The final result is such a joy, it feels like a new kitchen! Thanks to her input, attention to detail and efficiency, my husband and I can have daily pleasure in using the kitchen.

Harvey Jones installed a kitchen for me 20 years ago - still going strong - but was being repainted (for the second time since installing) and needed a refresh. I was looking for help choosing new handles, and a supply of new hinges, and a door front so we could install an integrated dishwasher (we had a freestanding one when installed). Annalisa in the Sheen branch was amazingly helpful. She gave me advice on handles - sent me photos of similar ones in their showroom -organised samples to be sent - and organised the supply of the chosen handles and other things. Even though I was just refreshing an existing kitchen, she could not have been more helpful - particularly as I am so disorganised, it all needed doing quickly!

Walked into the bournemouth showroom in the early stages of planning our home/ kitchen rennovations, Anna couldn't of been more helpful. She took the time to understand our idea's/ wants and needs while offering realistic options to match our budget. I would recommend Anna and the bournemouth showroom to anyone!

Excellent customer service from both Anna Marksen-Roche and Caroline Jenkinson at the Harvey Jones Bournemouth Showroom. Both went out of their way to help solve a couple of issues with my Harvey Jones kitchen which was installed many years ago. Would definitely recommend a visit to their showroom.

My husband & I had a design consultation with Claire at the harrogate branch and we were blown away by her passion & knowledge for harvey jones kitchens. We had a wonderful experience with Sally who took the time to explain everything to us and to answer any questions and concerns we had, be it about the kitchen materials, the building process or sustainability and durability. We decided to put our kitchen project on the back burner for now as we have other priorities in the house come up but Sally made sure we’re absolutely wanting to have our Harvey Jones Kitchen in the future! 🙂

Lewis has been fab start to finish. He has helped us design a kitchen that we are beyond happy with! He suggested some lovely extra details which have made all the difference and set it apart from other designs we had looked at.

The installation was meticulous and there were lots of checks to ensure that the end product was just right.

I had a bit of an issue with one component and Lewis did everything he could to help rectify the problem.

Anna was great with suggestions and brilliant problem-solving for my requests for my new galley kitchen. She kept me realistic with what was and was not possible in my 2m ×2.8m space. I hadn't fully appreciated that the empty space meant the contents had to go somewhere else for a while! Gary made all the preparation necessary and Mark really did hand-paint the units. Both were helpful and gave advice when asked. Very pleased with the outcome of my Quooker tap for boiling water. Caroline was helpful and welcoming when I first stepped into the Westbourne showroom. I'd seen an advert in a local magazine and went out of curiosity. Both Anna and Caroline were able to offer guidance and reassurance on the project. Nothing was too much trouble with Harvey Jones.

We had such a great experience with Lewis at the Chester showroom. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted, but Lewis’s design took it to another level. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the service was brilliant throughout. The finished kitchen looks amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend Lewis and Harvey Jones enough!

Although in this instance we decided not to go with Harvey Jones for our new kitchen, the team at Harvey Jones were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a detailed understanding of what they provided, the service level and what to expect from the process. A special shoutout to Lewis for his patience and knowledge to guide us through the process.

We had a Harvey Jones kitchen fitted in 2016. Apart from an issue with the sink plughole that they refused to address at the time, we have been pleased with the kitchen. The built-in dishwasher now needs a new heating element ànd our engineer says the dishwasher has been fitted in such a way that it cannot be removed in the normal way for the repair to be carried out.
I’ve been phoning and emailing Harvey Jones for advice as to how to get the dishwasher out for over 3 weeks and have had no response at all.
It was an extremely expensive kitchen and the 10-year guarantee clearly covers the cabinetry being fit-for-purpose - but it seems their default position is to ignore complaints and just hope they go away.
I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

We had our lovely new kitchen designed by Anna at Harvey Jones in Westbourne. The whole process went very smoothly and the level of craftsmanship was exceptional. We are so pleased that we went through with it. Many thanks to Anna and to the other members of the team that were involved.
