Dining furniture delivery & set up
From the salesman Mark through to delivery & assembly, the whole purchase process was polite, efficient, sympathetic & professional. Everything promised ..... dates, times etc were met. Assembly was quick but precise. The whole process, from purchase tgrough to delivery took less than a week. Would definitely recommend

Store staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery was on time, almost to the minute of estimated time. Delivery staff were also courteous.

Great service
The two guys delivering the sofa were fantastic. Very courteous and pointed out a dent in one armrest that should come out in a few days and if not contact Harvey Norman and it would be replaced. The fully assembled sofa tested it and were so quick. Great to see service like that.

Van came on time and I was able to…
Van came on time and I was able to track their progress on the tracker they put up . The seat was quickly unpacked assembled and checked and they were gone in about ten minutes . A great job with friendly staff.
