I bought these templates with the intention of saving time in my developments.

Ooohh boy, what a mistake.

Each template is a mess of bad implementation poorly done with AI. Mixed implementations of plain css with tailwind, they don't use astro features (even if the project is in astro)... It's like they have been vibing with AI with no idea of what they are doing.
It's the first time in my 9 years as developer that another dev scam me. And of course they don't refund, because who would be happy with a service like this.

It was my fault for not taking a look to truspilot before buying. At least I leave this in here and maybe I can save a poor soul.

I purchased an HTML template and paid for it, but I was not sent the template files. I did not receive any download link. I contacted technical support, and several days have already passed without any response. THIS IS A SCAM!

Extremely disappointed with the service. After experiencing technical issues with plugin dependencies, an employee (Kamal) agreed to a refund. However, a month has passed, the money is nowhere to be seen, and they have stopped responding to my support thread.
It is very concerning when a company stops communicating after promising a refund.
Avoid until they fix their support process.

I bought a plugin called shoplentor from this disgraceful brand. After using the plugin for 2 weeks, it broke and all the steps I made until then were deleted. I have created a ticket about this and there has been no answer for days. Working with Hasthemes could be the mistake of your life. I am sure that you will lose not only money but also time. I never recommend it, I have never seen such an irresponsible brand in my life!

I recently purchased this plugin, expecting it to meet my needs, but it turned out to be completely unusable due to major compatibility issues. As soon as I encountered the problem, I contacted support and requested a legitimate refund.

Their response? A categorical refusal, claiming that I should have tested the free version before purchasing. This argument is completely absurd—any product that is sold must function properly, and if it doesn’t, a refund should be the bare minimum.

Not only is their support unhelpful and dishonest, but their refund policy is designed to trap customers once they’ve made a purchase. It’s nothing more than a deceptive practice.

I strongly advise against using this plugin or doing business with this company, as they clearly have no regard for their customers. However, if I were to receive a fair resolution and a refund, I would be open to revising my review. But for now, my experience has been nothing short of terrible, and I warn anyone considering this purchase to stay away.

Bought a webflow template from them. Nothing works, full of bugs and constant frustrating errors.

Followed up with support. Never heard back. Trying to get a refund.

HasThemes went above and beyond to help us fixed issues with our WordPress website after a breaking change. They responded in a timely fashion and volunteered to fixed it themselves...and we are not even paid customers.

Bunch of cowboys. Do not buy from these fools. Their templates are corrupted and they will refuse to use a refund stating terms and conditions nonsense.
