I have just returned from having my Hatchbag fitted at the factory. The reason for this is that my Hatchbag was the prototype for my car which is a new model ( Dacia Bigster ). The service I received was first class, from the initial measuring to the trial fit, I was shown all the additional fitments that I received. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone that needs a boot liner for there car.

Helt fantastiskt skydd och perfekt om du har hund i bil! Jag var tidigare väldigt nöjd med en konkurrents produkt men tog steget och chansade på Hatchbag. Haft den i 3-4 månader nu och den överträffar mina förväntningar. Jag köpte den som inte går att dela, eller fälla sätena. Den här skyddar verkligen 100% och ingenstans behöver jag försöka få bort hundhår eller smuts.

I bought a boot liner for my Mercedes GLA200 AMG LINE. It arrived however, I had to wait for a dog guard I had ordered as that had to be fitted first. It was worth the wait.
The Boot Liner is extremely well-made, sturdy, fits like a glove in my car's boot, and looks fantastic.

Bought one for my previous car and loved it - kept the boot immaculate with two big scruffy dogs.
Tried to buy a new one for my new car and struggled with website - so I just gave up. The next day I had an email from Hatchbag reassuring me payment had not been taken and giving advice on how to overcome issues so the order could go through (it wasn’t a problem with their site).
Since when are companies so proactive and helpful? I’m so used to poor service, I thought this was really professional and impressive.
Haven’t fitted my new boot liner yet, so finger crossed my measurements were right 🤣

It’s a better product than some boot liners but you pay far more and I’m not sure it justifies the cost. The adhesive set up of the product isn’t in my opinion adequate, even following the prescribed make of silicone remover etc. Make sure to return product within the window when you discover it may not stand up to the task. I made the mistake of giving the benefit of the doubt and kept trying to get it working properly when I should have just returned it.

Really pleased with this boot liner, tailgate cover and floor mat. 4 labradors jump in twice daily and after 4 weeks all is well. Well worth the money.

Ich finde die Passform grundsätzlich gut, aber die Befestigung ist absoluter Schrott! Das doppelseitige Klebeband löst sich ständig immer wieder und das empfinde ich zumindest als etwas sehr Lästiges. An sich eine gute Sache, aber die Befestigung ist in meinen Augen überhaupt nicht ausgereift.

Bought the boot liner 9 weeks ago that does its job! However we got the tail gate cover aswell but with the hot weather the velcro comes unstuck and the tail gate cover drops of we phoned the company to ask if there was anything we can do and it was basically no! So I would say the tail gate was a big waste of money unless we can find a way of keeping stuck

A fair price for an innovative solution where it's clear that the manufacturer had researched and optimised for each specific vehicle. Easy to fit.

Great service from start to finish. A little expensive but the bootliner is of great quality. Now been fitted for a few months and very happy with how well it is doing it's job. As a dog walker I have many dogs in my vehicle, so need durable covers to protect the car. The instructions were very simple to follow and the customer service was also very good. Can highly recommend the Hatchbag company. They need to consider doing covers for back seats too.

Super Qualität und perfekte Passform. Der "Einbau" wird detailliert, passend zum Fahrzeugmodell und gut verständlich (auf deutsch) beschrieben. Kein Gummigeruch. Und ein toller Service: Ich hatte versehentlich zuviel bezahlt und es gar nicht bemerkt. Eine nette Servicedame hat mich per Mail darauf aufmerksam gemacht und sofort zurück überwiesen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Fits my car perfectly, easy installation looks great.

We bougre a grey Hatchbag für our Mercedes and it is fine- BUT we also ordered the offered rubber mat. and the smell is more than horrible. We have it now since three weeks in our Garage or outside an hoped it will be better after a while but it is not. Impossible to put it in the car. I wrote an email and its impossible to Return it - aha 😤 we hoped its getting better After a while that we do Not have to Return it! This is no Service and we can‘t believe that we are the First persons who complain about it. The hatchbag is very good but do Not buy the expensive rubber mat!!!!!!

I'll never use another boot cover company!

Had a hatch bag in my old car for 6 years. Muddy boxer (+ pals!) prams, bikes and scooters were all thrown in daily. The only part of that old car the still looked new was under the hatch bag. Never had an issue with the velcro slipping.

Switched cars and as I already had a bumper flap, I contacted the company to see how I could get the velcro strip on my new cover without ordering a surplus flap. Customer service responded very quickly and were so helpful.

The new cover arrived very quickly and fits perfectly.

Bought a Hatchbag for my new VW Taigo and it is fantastic, fits like a glove and totally avoids dog hairs getting into the carpet (although I still get hairs on the headrests as that's where Murphy lays his head (lol).
The bumper cover is a must and totally prevents any scratches on the bumper and paintwork.

Top quality boot liners, they are quite expensive but the fit and materials used are undeniably good, and it fits my VW Arteon Shooting Brake R perfectly.

Das Produkt habe ich leider nicht kaufen können, da es nach längerem Austausch nicht sinnvoll wäre. Ich danke hier dem Service der so viel Verständniss hatte und wir den kauf jetzt doch rückabwickeln müssen.
