Worst printing company Iv used

Worst printing company Iv used. Every time Iv ordered from them(4 times), they have messed my order up or it’s been delayed with no information.
Won’t use again.

Rubbish

Rubbish! Poor communication and customer service. Didn't get finished product in the time that they stated they could. Really didn't try to resolve the issue and ignored it. Stated they were a small ethical company every time we discussed the issue. Really annoying as whilst i would choose to support a business with their ethics, it doesn't entitle then to be flakey and ignore customer care. Poor.

Hi Neil, we're really sorry you feel this way. I've taken a look into this and can see that you did order 1 greeting card with us on the 11th March at 20:56 so after our working hours, and on a Saturday, so this was picked up on the following Monday and put on hold by our artwork team as the artwork supplied was the wrong size and wouldn't work for the spec you ordered. This was dealt with, and we even re-designed the card for you free of charge as a goodwill gesture which did add a little time onto dispatch but we got the order resolved, and shipped out on the 17th March on a free delivery upgrade to a next working day and this was delivered on the 18th March. Your original delivery date looks like it should have been the 17th March with the free delivery option you selected at the checkout. Looking at correspondence you did ask for the order to arrive by the 15th March, but with the delivery option selected at the checkout this wouldn't have been able to be guaranteed as the upgrade was not paid for. I can see that you have been in talks with us, and an email was sent to you explaining this on the 16th March but we never received a response unfortunately so we thought you were happy with your order, and we're really sorry that this isn't the case. Please feel free to contact us again if we can do anything to resolve this for you.

Love the seed paper business cards!

The business card sample pack we ordered came very quickly, and when we decided to go with the seeded paper the result came out amazing! I was a little worried the font or design wouldn't be crisp but I had nothing to worry about, the design looks great and the seeds don't obscure any of the text at all. Katie was really helpful when I had a question, great customer service. Off to place orders for 2 more team members!

Order lost in production and no refund given

Ordered a small greeting card print for a customer as well as to test out Hatch for future bigger printing jobs, but unfortunately after having to chase up a few times they let me know the order had been lost in production and would arrive by the Friday (which was already a week late); it subsequently was dispatched on the Friday and arrived Monday.

Picking it up with Hatch Customer Services as my customer rightly wanted a refund owing to the occasion being missed completely due to this delay in their production, but they would not issue a refund or accept responsibility for this error. Instead, they reiterated that it lost them money by sending it as a DHL priority once it was already very late and thanked me for bringing that to their attention... So after this test run I won’t be using Hatch again unfortunately.

Hatch is terrific

Hatch, is a brilliant site, used them a few times, quick to respond to queries, great customer service, fast turn around from order to receiving cards.

Useless unproductive unprofessional cowboys

This Company has no commitment to customer service or truth.

I have never experienced any company such as this.

This company lied about their capabilities. ie orders being able to be delivered the next day.

Hatch, took my money for next day delivery and stipulated in order for that next day delivery to be confirmed, i needed to pay before a certain time of day, which i did.

Come the day of delivery, I was told that all the machines had broken down, and my orders would be delivered the next day.
No orders arrived the next day.

Each of my emails to them was met with excuses not products.

My order did not get to me until 5 days later, and was of terrible quality.

I suffered a lot of unnecessary stress, lost, money, as I did not have my marketing materials and I lost new potential customers.

Do not waste your time and money on these cowboys. You will be greatly disappointed.

Brilliant customer service…

I ordered business cards on the Thurday and flyers on the Friday. The flyers arrived on the Wed, the business cards hadn't arrived after 7days. I got in touch and Hatch were brilliant. They properly looked into it, explained what had happened (delivery company had lost them) and immediately reprinted and dispatched new ones the same day (using a different delivery company!).
I was wowed by the very real and human customer service - plus the printing is great.
Delighted to have found somewhere that I have eco print options (critical for my brand) and even better to know they're not a faceless online business.

Roller Banner

Hatch was super helpful to me when I wanted a roller banner for my new business! Bobby did a great job preparing the design I gave him for printing onto a roller banner and the final product is fantastic quality. I’m super pleased. Their customer service is great! Highly recommended!

Mixed experience

I have been working with Hatch for half a year or so and they had always provided a fast turnaround and great communication, even with crazy fast deadlines over the Christmas period. They were super helpful when things went wrong with orders, and even offered discounts to keep the relationship positive. Sadly, more recently they have forgotten two of my orders, and the most recent, when I chased them up on realising the order had not arrived at our warehouse, they quickly sent the order out, but unfortunately to the wrong address. I want to support a female-run business, but for now I think I'll sadly be having to take my orders elsewhere.
