This company is the worst you can get.
Their product is not working properly and will actually lower your conversion and will cost you a lot of money and work to try to make it work.
But what is really bad about the company is the leadership, their customer "success " team witn Anna and Eric could not care less about you succes and will just try to get sign the contract and then will immediately turn around and threaten you that you cannot get out of their contract even if everything the promised is false

I love the follow up and the connection with the hiring personal. But I think as I did hatchways programming tests I was not informed that the job was for a helpdesk support. It has some mystery about who os hiring.

Sheril and the gang are unbelievably helpful! Hatchways is not your typical hiring platform. Their model is brilliant and works for both sides. If you are looking to hire talent, or looking for an epic role at a vetted business, you need to get started ASAP.

I really like my experience with hatchways thus far. I have been getting a lot of good interviews. Even tho they haven't been panning out, I still feel happy about how they go.

Assessments are very useful for practicing coding interviews. And, Hatchway provides useful interview tips and tools to prepare for an actual upcoming interview chance.

If you want to work at a startup, hatchways is the best place to start. Supportive and practical interview prep helped me secure many interviews aligned with my background.

I found the Hatchways coding challenges to be fair and a good test of assessing my software development skills. Additionally I found that the human feedback was great as it allowed code quality to assessed and provided me with information with how to improve.

Didnt know hatchaways work to actually send out my skills but it works really well to showcase my react skills and got me one interview atleast.

This a great service and the customer service is also very attentive and responsive. However, the dashboard and UI regarding assessments of the website are a little strange, and there are some outdated / wrong instructions in some assignments.

Hatchways is a very great platform and has helped me a lot.

Pros: Great assessments, very kind people reviewing your code, really valuable if your self taught or entry level. Generally they're very fast getting back to you if you have questions.

Cons: After I finished my assessments, I just felt completely left out to dry. It wasn't anything like the experience others have talked about here. First they told me I passed, then a month later they told me I DIDN'T pass, and I needed to take another assessment. Then I was told I placed in the highest percentile of applicants and I still got radio silence for weeks and weeks. Finally, four months after I started with Hatchways I got an interview (unfortunately the timing wasn't right as I had just signed an offer letter). But at that point no one had even told me I was being sent out to clients. Just really disappointing to be left in the dark like that.

I do wish this company the best. Perhaps I just slipped through the cracks. But ultimately I would not recommend Hatchways to anyone whose goal is to get a job. If you do decide to invest time in the assessments, put the experience on your resume, and keep applying other places!

I've had an amazing experience with Hatchways. The coding assessments provide a ton of experience and the team is quick to provide useful feedback that has improved my skills. Also, the team is very supportive and follows up after interviews. Thanks to Hatchways I've landed interviews and have received an offer. Would highly recommend Hatchways!

Hatchways has been extremely supportive and helpful during this job hunt. Thanks to them I was able to get an interview with a company. I have submitted 200+ applications and have not been very successful, but hatchways has actually gotten two companies who are interested in interviewing me. I am currently waiting to hear back from a company. They also provide excellent resources to prep for the behavioral and technical interviews. I also love that they are constantly checking in on you to see how you’re doing! If you are a self taught, or just an entry level developer in general, I highly recommend hatchways.

Your evaluation is very informative and precise, but it is slow. Despite my two applications and completions of assignments on your platform, the position was filled after a delay in evaluating my applications.

Completing a full stack Hatchways assessment directly led to prompt and useful code review. Moreover, the Hatchways team wasted no time in sharing my completed profile with several organizations in their network. This resulted in an interview about a week after initial assessment submission.

Hatchways kindly provided a curated list of resources for interview preparation including a document outlining relevant organization-specific interview protocols; however, due to some form of miscommunication, I had regrettably only received these resources after the interview was conducted.

Nevertheless, my overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I consider that setback too minor in relation to the benefits to meaningfully impact this review.

Thus, I would encourage those who are on the fence about completing a Hatchways assessment to give it a shot. It has been my experience that the time investment is insignificant relative to the potential upside.
